In Islam every woman's family setting dowry price for their daughter, selling her in marriage as much as family can get and then some more, for education, beauty, virginity those extra bonuses, then they add extra for the future children, so the man is in debt till the rest of his life and if he decides to divorce her, he must pay huge amounts of money. Or they marry to close friends and relatives to keep all the wealth in the family. Then comes mutaa as prostitution method and everyone knows it, men usually do this in secret and every one denies it. In month of Ramadan many thousands of wealthy muslims traveling to Thailand and other non muslim areas as tourists to practice mutaa ))))
Raies Siddiqui ..Absolutely it is not allowed and violates what Allah (subhaanahu wata 'aalaa) has revealed.. It is mocking Islam and marriage..! It is Deception and cheating.. betrayal of trust and breaking oand violation of contracts..
.."...For one week or one month.. then it is problematic.. but if it is not mentioned in the contract.. then there is no harm" ..hmmm... however the question arises if it is in the intention to divorce after one hour.. one week.. or one month.. (as we know from the fatwa of sh. Ibn baz and other schools of thoughts) ..and the intentention is not explicitly mentioned but kept hidden "between you and Allah" (as stated in fatwa of sh. Ibn baz .. This is what is ALSO PROBLEMATIC BECAUSE IT IS MOCKING ISLAM AND IS DECEPTION AND BETRAYAL OF TRUST!!
God truly knows best, but to me they both sounds the same because the person has the intention of leaving their temporary partner from before.. after the Man/Woman needs to head back to home if he is traveling or living abroad so its alot like prostitution because their intention is only Casual mostly no strings attached sex lol..

Qur'an only mentions praying 3 times but the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us to pray 5 times. So does that mean just because it's not mentioned in the Qur'an I will only pray 3 times
@@holop100God has said in the Qur'an that our prophet doesn't speak on his own whim but only that which God wants him to speak and God has also commanded us to obey our prophet. Because disobedience to our prophet is disbelief. So even though it is not given in the Qur'an it is still valid. Also, Qur'an also doesn't speak about temporary marriage being permissible so that means one should also not defend it
But in misyaar there is intention to get divorced ...mutta has also.same condition .... Mentioning time limit or not mentionimg time limit Is not major difference
In a mut'a nikkah there is no divorce, as soon as the time limit expires the couple separates, there is no need for a divorce. The expiration date ends the marriage.
Sounds all terribly confusing. Two people want to be together and they consent, they don't have to marry. Two people want to marry, they consent, they share, they stay together. Two people want to end the relationship, they consent and go their seperate ways. Two married people are no longer happy in their marriage, they consent to a divorce, assets may or may not be shared. Married men and women are loyal to each other. Unmarried men and women are also loyal to each other if they want to be. Everyone can cheat....but this causes misery. Do we need sacred scriptures to work this all out?
Then why muslim abusing all the time to sex workers. They’re also doing the same job. This type of marriage is total joke no payment no security just to fulfil the desire of someone. I feel allowing sex workers in society at least ensure their rights and they have some type of social security.

You dont know what misyar then. Muta is marry to divorce & without wali whereas misyar has to have wali & cant have intention to divorce which is haram. Huge difference.
It is now a good business in gulf countries. Women in gulf countries do masyaar and muta marriage for money. Means do nikah, do sex as much as possible for few days, months and then divorce. ☹️☹️☹️☹️
Neither muta nor misyar is allowed.... Both are modern form of adultery ... Both are illegal..
