Mine just went thru a wash in an Industrial washing machine in the pocket of my jeans,and when I found it and dried it out for 2 days,I changed the battery and It still works! Great video man, I love your Marshalls. I only have a Vintage Modern Combo, which is badass in it's own way.
Totally relate to the bit at the end.Even though now i have plenty of equipment at one point i had nothing.
I had to borrow a friends Yamaha Pacifica after having to sell my custom black Ibanez Jem to pay the rent.
But you know what i played just as well on that £120 pacifica and it kept me sane :)

youre possibly one of the most dedicated people ever to work, managing to fit all your company work in, as well as doing a gear tour @ 2 in the mornin :0, i have trouble getting in 4-5 hrs daily on my bass between school an crap, lol

@Mrsamlki F-spaced is for tremolo and floyed equiped guitars, the rest are regular spaced spaced.

must be strange looking back at these videos where it all began. Wonder if Rob still has the proto ML1, that could be a piece of history one day.
@BraveMavrick the top two were the Rhino and the OCD. the Rhino has a lot of cool adjustments, but it will always sound sorta like a Tube Screamer. the OCD has more range of adjustment... goes from Fender to Marshall pretty well by moving the tone knob, and sounds killer as a boost. if there's one problem, once the gain is past about 2 o'clock it goes to mud... but you won't use it like that anyway.

Hey Rob, I wanted to say that I love your vids, they are smashing! I had a question for you, I just got a peavey valve king which I really, but I would like to get some aggresive metal distortion out of it. What pedal would you recomend. I've tried a tube screamer and it was way to noisy. I'm using a bbe sonic stomp and a boss ge-7 and It sounds really good. I just want more gain for when I play metal.
i like your playin...you re really gifted. and you practised a lot, a lot , a lot, equipement is not as important...you would sound god on any...

The hofner reminds me of the guitar Marty Mcfly used when he blew that giant speaker up. Different colour i know but similar size lol.

@BraveMavrick a lot of different options for you there... i remember very recently wanting a separate overdrive pedal. i went into the store and said "throw me every sort of gain pedal you have that would improve an already-driven tone." he gave me 4 pedals: a Tube Screamer (actually the worst of them), a Way Huge Green Rhino (TS but more adjustments), a Pro Co RAT (more of a fuzz sound), and the winner was a Fulltone OCD.
@marbleheadband Soundhole actually isn't that big, its just that the guitar isn't wide atall.

@BraveMavrick as far as noise goes, you'll always need a noise suppressor with this much gain... it's mandatory. now what happens if you put all of this crap in the front end, is that the tubes are completely overloaded and it sounds like pouring rain. if you've got an effects loop on your amp, use it. put these pedals in there. keep the suppressor on the front end, though. i hope i helped some... sorry for long-ass comments.

@BraveMavrick You should try all sort of overdrives...The ones that i best like is the Wylde Overdrive and the TubeDreamer from Jam Electronics...

That Black Droid guitar that you show in this video has an shaller tale am i right?

I'm going to buy a JVM205 Head, but I don't know which cab should I take.
I was thinking about getting the matching one (2x12 Vintage 30 and G12H 30), but I'm not really sure.
So I just wanted to know what is your cab and if you vould give me your advice
Is it a 1936 loaded with G12T 75 or what else?

this ringing sound should remind everybody to wear ear plugs when ever they go to a club, or anywhere where there's live music, or wear head phones. you'll be hearing this 24-7. its not fun
how can you have 100w heads and use them in a room that small? or do you use those just for events?

greetings Chappers. i need help with choosing an effects pedal or my birthday in one months time. I have a budget of around 200-300£ and the only amp i have is a little 10 watt squire that was given to me a while back. Any help would be appreciated and if you could maybe suggest an amp and a pedal for around my budget. I have little clue as to what to get. cheers
