The backing singers make this track for me , they have great energy and hit the high notes to pull the chorus along. The orchestra violin ladies seem to be really enjoying the whole experience too . Well done Duran Duran...you still got it .
hardest job in any band is the singer,,lots of performances takes it out the voice,simon le bon does a great job...some of his lyrics are amazing.. its a voice not a machine ...well done i say simon great job,you've a fantastic voice pal!
never been my favourites, but some of their songs are wonderful. and Simon Le Bon's voice, unlike other artists, has remained powerful almost like in the past. he still reaches high notes....even too high, perhaps :-)

Eu fui vacinado com agulha de vitrola dos anos 80, por isso sou imune à poluição sonora dos anos 2000 em diante. Tem muita coisa boa no UA-cam . Duran Duran é como o vinho, cada ano ficou melhor. Espero que eles tenham sempre sucesso em sua carreira sem o apoio da mídia podre. Se tiverem filhos, eduquem os ouvidos deles desde cedo com boa música e dificilmente eles vão gostar de lixo.
she's right simon doesnt have dynamic in his singing therefore he sounds flat, and he is pitchy here and there. he really struggle hitting the high notes, same as when he sings a view to a kill his vocal is all over the place
actually i think that simon's vocals are here more relaxed than what he can actually sing. watch for example lollapalooza festival. he sang there exquisitely. his voice is maybe even better now than it used to be. it's stronger and raspier. i like it, don't know about you.
