Smartwatches go back as far as Get Smart from the dawn of the 80's, let alone what 50's space movies were trying to think up. Simpsons didn't even _not_ make this prediction first.

It is possible people are trying to make those events happen. What caused people to think that way is because Lady Gaga voiced herself in an episode that stars her, and probably came with the idea of trying to be on the Superbowl.

Some things that get "predicted" are just problems of the current year that still exist now so people think it was predicted when in actuality it's the opposite and nothing actually changed lile social or political issues repeating themselves to even now a days.
Technology predictions I don't see much big news on as it's not anything special. We've had many stories imagine what a future world will make and honestly what we have now is probably far superior than anything they can imagine with wifi and 3d printers.
Social issues wise Simpsons bandwagon more often than not now a days so they are just parasites in the same vein

just wanted to say, cassettes dont need to make a comeback and shouldnt lol. bought a cassette from my friends band years ago, never once listened to it. its literally the worst choice when it comes to how you can consume music. a vinyl record is better, and even that only has so much

how can you even possibly know the amount of people to have ever xisted as well as how old they were when they died?

@@seanmeeker8139 About 100 to 130 billion people have ever lived. But how their median age was calculated is a mystery to me, I have to admit.

@@kashhusain8154you say that as though it's a fact. We don't know how many people have ever lived. With our current technology we can't possibly know when the first person lived. We also can't properly define "human" since speciation is a gradual process. To estimate the total human population over time, you'd have to know how long humans have been around and what the human birth rate has been throughout all of human history. We know neither of those things.
