man your channel just popped on my youtube, im loving your videos! I was kind of with no motivation anymore on learning how to 3d sculpt.. and you are kind of bringing this sparkling inside of me back! thx for sharing all this knowledge for real!
I'm engineer and I work with CAD/CAM but always wanted to learn sculpting! I keep you posted (I bought your udemy course as well!)

Awesome! Love to hear that...Oddly enough even making videos like this and documenting helps me to keep going with everything (even though it does make the process 5x slower)...The good and the bad both! It's really great to know that what i'm doing is interesting and inspiring. Sometimes we all just need those jumpstarts in life..I need them all the time!! :)

@@drugfreedave it really is man, i've been with 0 inspiration on getting back to 3d sculpting for 3 years and the way you teach and try to show 3d sculpting in a chill or light way just made me try today again! So thank you for your content! I mean it!

Have you considered trying FDM printing for slightly larger models? I've noticed many bloggers using these printers because there's no smell, and everything prints faster. Then, all the downsides of this type of printing are compensated for by post-processing

I don’t like the look of fdm printed things, the detail seems incredibly lacking to me. I usually do smaller high detail things 👍🏾

Just found your videos recently and love the process. Just made a little monster in Nomad and looking forward to printing it out!

Awesome! Good luck with the printing… I’m working through a series of fails at the moment. I think my fep is dying… haha 😂 😅🥲

You can use the split tool to split already sculpted sculpts.. but if you want to see how I make the keys and cuts, I do have a few videos here on UA-cam!
