I am from the UK and have been debating on whether to get a air fryer for about 3 months now. I've been watching all of your video's for the last 2 weeks , sometimes watching them 2 or 3 times. Well I done it , I bought a air fryer, thanks to you . I will be using it for the first time today. Thank you for your amazing video's and sense of humour , you do make me giggle .

Viewing from the UK and have to say a big thank you for giving cooking temperatures in Celsius as well as Fahrenheit. Can't wait to try these recipes. I'm especially looking forward to that piece of bread from under the bacon!! 😀
Kathy , thank you for all your hard work and dedication to making lives a lil more efficient, my air fryer is just a lil 4 quart cheap one from.walmart , but im.a single , handicapped male , so it does what I need , I use your advice on how long to cook things and what temp , just about daily , thanks again
Your videos have convinced me to buy your cook book. I am doing more of a Mediterranean “diet” and I’ve been using my air fryer to help with cooking vegetables like squash, zucchini, and eggplant. I did corn on the cob today and I made Hard “boiled” eggs…both are game changers. I was using my Instant Pot Ultra, but now I’m using my Instant Vortex Plus XL 8-QT Dual Basket Air Fryer Oven. I am in-love with both. I’m not a “natural” in the kitchen when it comes to cooking. Using my air fryer has been life changing for me. I don’t even know why I need a stove and oven in my kitchen any more.
Hi Cathy, you have inspired me, I just found you yesterday. I was watching you with Kristen from Six Sister Stuff and have been watching you since. I have learned so much just in a day. Just love it.
weve just had a heatwave in the UK - everytime we use the oven the kitchen is SO HOT. Love the thought of using an air dryer without the heat! Now I just need to buy 1! SUBSCRIBED!!!!
Hi from the UK, loved the video, will definitely be trying out some of these recipes! Also, has to be said, as a Brit I was impressed said Worcestershire sauce correctly 😊, when I saw the ingredient I thought, this is going to be interesting then you nailed it! Kudos to you 😊
I purchased one of those red silicone baskets you showed briefly in this video. I love it! The fact that it has no holes in it doesn't mess with the outcome at all. And as a great bonus... it makes clean up easier!!!
TY for this comment. I just got my air fryer and purchased a silicone basket as well. I can’t wait to start cooking in it. I have to clean it and do the test run and then I’m ready!!! 💕
I bought the Cosori turbo blaze, came yesterday... Cooked two frozen biscuits in 12 minutes! Perfect... Also did some chick peas for snacks. So glad I got it, thanks for all your helpful videos! Kim in NC... Usa

I purchased a silicone basket similar to yours and I love it. Makes clean up easier. I haven't done the harder stuff yet but I use my air fryer every day
I needed this video. I bought the air fryer then had no idea what to do with it. My daughter said mom use it you will love it. I would love to do things for around the camp fire with the neighbours at our trailer. Munch and drinks is what summer is all about.
I’m new to air fryers love your recipes I’m from the uk and registered as severely sight impaired so reading books can be hard but your videos are easy to follow thank you xx
Hi Cathy! Thank you for all your really brilliant advise using Air Fryers. I watch your You Tube progs from the UK & have been researching Air Fryers for some weeks. You have made their use look so easy to figure & as you have put out so much helpful content on using the Cosori unit, I went ahead & ordered one 🤭. I am very excited for its arrival in a few days time. I have subscribed to your site & downloaded your extremely helpful sheet with tips & food temps, Thank you. Keep up the fun tutorials, take care & best wishes. Jen 😊
I love my Cosori soooo much, I just knew I wanted to upgrade my old Philips to a Cosori, even if it wasn’t available here in Norway - so I got it from the UK around 3 yrs ago. Now they are avail. here too now, and I just upgraded to the dual blaze, can’t wait to use it! I hope you’re enjoying yours a lot! 🤗
Hi Cathy!!! Yes you are the Air Fryer Queen!!! I liked your video today. Thanks for all your ideas , tips, and recipes. Once my AF was really smoking I thought OhNo... now I know what to do.You know I will be saving this and sending it to my family!!! Thank you once again my sweet friend!!! Great video!!!...
I have been skeptical about air fryers. You are giving me plenty of inspiring receipes. My coworker gave me one to try and I am going to this weekend. Thank you.
Love your videos so much. You should try keeping your bacon grease. It goes so well on vegies and potatoes. Not the healthiest but its great for a treat. I especially like it on roasted Brussels sprouts. Gives great flavour to so many dishes. Keep up the great work 😊
Love your stuff. Got your cookbook, love it. In one of your videos you ask for suggestions for the rack in the accessory kit. Here's one. When you had that extra chicken, and cooked it in a second batch, you might consider instead trying to cook it on the rack over the veggies and chicken, all in one batch. Best wishes.
I made meatloaf in mine today using your method of dividing the meat into two small loaves and it came out perfect! I’m having so much fun trying different things using your tips. Oh and also did the baked potatoes to go with the meatloaf and they were awesome!
hi Cathy, Just used my new corosi dual blaze. Great cooking bacon and no turning of the meat. Great air fryer. I bought you new recipe book. Thanks for all your information you give out
I never thought to use the air fryer to defrost wings and also use it to cook ground beef. Game Changer for me. Thanks for the awesome tips and tricks.
Not a newbie as such, just upgraded to a 5.8qt Cosori. (The little one i first bought was just too small. ) Tonight I'm trying the Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies for a starting point...wish me luck!
Hi Kathy, I filled out your survey for things for you to try in the air fryer and I was having trouble thinking of something that you hadn’t already had in the survey until now. So can you air fry frozen or fresh Pot Stickers? If so could you please do that in one of your videos please? Thank you! ❤️❤️
This was the funnest air fryer demonstration I've ever seen...... I should buy one, tired of the hot summer and then needing to bake my chicken and fish
I’m from England just brought an air fryer and been using these recipes they are a lot of help thanks. Also not bad an American that can say Worcestershire sauce
Just filled out your survey but one of the answers is misleading. I may be one of the oldies of your subscribers but I happen to have grandchildren that I see regularly, so I needed an air fryer. Was afraid to use my air fryer when I bought it a little over a month ago until I ran across your videos. You make every thing easy to do. Thanks for all your help.I'm having so much fun with it. I plan out my day deciding what to cook in it. Thanks so much for the videos and oh my your cook book is FABULOUS!
Just bought a Cosori Dual Blaze air fryer, this my first Air Fryer ever... and can't wait to try out some fast cook bacon! I've been trying to clear out the bad plastic smell before I put any food in it so it's been a little bit of cleaning
Should have figured you’d post newbie recipes after Prime Day. I’m trying to find a buyer for my gently used Cosori Pro With wifi & set up my new Dual Blaze! I was just looking for something simple to test it. I got it pretty cheap in Prime Day, & I just checked, & they are still $129!
My name Linda Behnke I found you on TV the other day and I was going to by a new airfryer and watching you tell about airfryers really help me for I have a old Ninja so you made me want to buy a Corsori so I went looking for one and Wal-Mart had it so I brought it and I used it to night and cooked chicken and vegetables they were really good . Thanks for the help.Love it
I absolutely love my air fryer I got from Mother's Day, I chefman air fryer it's very good. I'm so glad you came out with this video I love to find new ways of cooking with it air fryer
OK OK OK I bought a COSORI Pro II Air Fryer Oven Combo, 5.8QT Max Xl Large Cooker with 12 One-Touch. It's coming in a few days! Thanks for all your videos.
You are the best! I bought the Corsori Blaze for $126 on Prime Day. I would like to see a video if you would, using the Grill Grate in the two Burner Blaze. That should work very good for rib eyes! Thanks for all the great videos you are making.
I had to go back and make sure I heard you right. Homemade Fry Sauce?! Obviously you are a fantastic cook! Just ordered your cookbook and I'm thinking about boot camp. Love your ideas!!
@@empoweredcooks I did! First time it was on sale in Canada since it came out. My foster son said: why do you need two? Is this the same as people who start hoarding cats?
I have 2 Instant Pots, a 6quart, 3 quart !!!! I am a gadget girl. I love them and use them all the time ! I just got my new Instant Vortex Plus 6 in 1, 6 quart glass window in drawer. Can't wait to use it !
This is the first time I've watched your channel. You were highly recommended by other you tubers. Can't wait to get into your other videos. Melaney from SoCal.
ooooh this is making me excited about getting an air fryer.....my friends have introduced me to theirs....i see much healthier looking food....thanks for your vid....excited about this form of cooking as it looks so much healthier thanks x!
Because of limited space (1 bedroom apartment) I bought a air fryer/toaster oven combo. Will cook times be the same? Because of CHF i'm trying to change fave foods to healthier & lower salt versions. Also wanted to ask: at what point can I wrap & freeze larger portions as I'm a 1-person household? I will either microwave / air fry / bake when making them for a meal.
I’m allergic to chicken but I am totally going to make the BLT tortilla. I’ve been making pasta in my airfryer lately. Just pour the sauce over the dried noodles plus some extra liquid. Then when it’s nearly done I add my veggies if I hadn’t added them earlier, depending on the veggies I’m using, fresh/frozen or broccoli vs spinach. Then top with cheese. Then finish baking till the cheese is browned snd crunchy
Hi thank you for your awesome videos. I'm in the process of getting a air fryer myself. What do you think of the Cosori Dual blaze vs the Pro II ? Thank you for your help.
I finally got my Cosori pro 2!!!! Been saving for it and Amazon had it on sale for prime day! I made both corn on the cob and asparagus and had pork chops too. So easy, clean up was awesome and I didn’t burn myself even once!!! ((I had the Power XL air fryer oven and I CONSTANTLY BURNED MYSELF!!!!!!!!)) So grateful for your channel and can’t wait to get my hands on your cookbook! That’s my next purchase!
Hi Sami Jo. I have the Power XL airfryer oven and love it. Can't recall the last time I burnt myself, sorry to hear you did. Glad you're enjoying your new Cosori. 😊
Sami Jo! That is SOOO exciting! Way to go! First of all, saving to make a purchase is an awesome character trait (go you!) and secondly, diving in and trying new things - AWESOME! I am glad there were no burns involved with your cooking! :)
@@patpeters6331 I love my power xl but for someone like me that is clumsy, I would touch the sides trying to reach in with tongs or an oven mitt. If I tried to pull the shelf out, it would fall from any weight being on it, and I’d have a mess on the door. So the basket style Cosori should help me out tons 😂😂😂 I’ll continue to use my Power XL, for bigger meals that require lots of air frying 😂
this is the second time im watching this video and as a result the very first thing i cooked in my airfryer was bacon and it came out perfectly, love your videos xxx
I just got the instant pot vortex plus with dual baskets as my first airfryer. Wondering what and how to use the other options on it. Have had some wins and losses with cooking Temps and time
I love the chicken and vegetable recipes in your cookbook. My favorite so far is the one with Yum Yum sauce. I always use the air fryer for bacon. That is a game changer for sure.
You set the frozen ground beef out on the counter and let thaw. Or put the frozen ground beef in the refrigerator 1-2 days before you need it ! Very easy !
I was wondering for this salmon recipe and on your cheat sheet you are using 350 temperature. Everywhere else I see 400 is the norm. Is there a reason you prefer lower temperature? Thank you
Question: I have the cosori blaze. Instead of using the silicone bowl wouldn't it just be easier to remove the insert and cook it that way? I don't understand the value of the silicone bowl.
Looking for recipes for a Ninja Convection air fryer. I am a newby using this type of air fryer but I wonder if regualr air fryer recipes are inter changable. Also, is there a website for instructions for this Ninja
Another UK ditherer here, but girl, you just sold it to me. There are just the two of us & I really resent putting the oven on for maybe a couple of pies. You should be getting paid a lot by Cosori! You’re a great ambassador for their equipment! Now then, what’s the best for us?
I'm on the list but send me the link to that book, I'm ya huckleberry, what's the compelling difference for the Cosori upgrade? I bought the last one on your recommendation. thanks
Just got the Cosori Dual Blaze air fryer. Can I use the same cooking directions from your air fryer cook book using the dual blaze air fryer, since the two heating elements in the dual fryer might change the temperature and cooking times?
Question, what alternatives to oil and fat have you used or know of that can be used for crispyness? Doc said to try to eliminate it from diet. I tried no oil, but was thinking surely someone has thought of something else to use. Have you do any videos on comparing coatings on veg and alike in the air fryer? Had heard some people use aquafaba, but thought it was more for binding coatings than it was more crispyness...what are your thoughts on what else could be used?...vinegar, reductions, or something with sugar content...I also really struggle with crisping up any sort of batters without a oil/fat...also tried cornstarch slurrys as but they seem to leave a cornstarch residue for me , and that isnt pleasant to eat. Whats your thoughts air fryer guru?
Hi Cathy, not a newbie here. Waiting on my 3rd one, the Dual Blaze from Prime Day! Follow all your videos and use your cookbook a lot. Just one question before I start using the Blaze. Have you had to adjust your recipes, time and or temperature
I just got my air fryer today! It's the dual blaze cosori. I'm curious if your recipe book works with this air fryer? Or if you know of one that does. Thank you.
My cookbook is based on the Cosori 5.8 quart air fryer, however I've noticed that cooking times are the same or very similar between the Dual Blaze. The main difference is that you don't need to flip the food in the Dual Blaze. You should be able to follow the recipes in my cookbook without fail! Just keep an eye on things and pull out the food when it reaches your desired doneness. I show what I mean in this video comparison btw the two models - ua-cam.com/video/4BxYkkpno2s/v-deo.html
@@empoweredcooks yes shortly after I wrote this. I ordered mine yesterday. My daughter and I love watching your videos and can't wait to try out some of your recipes.
Hi Kathy I wondered if you might do a 15 recipes in the air fryer for bariatric surgery patients. As per my surgeons instructions I'm dairyfree gluten free. My food has to be moderate fat high protein and low carb. I have a new air fryer love it but my cooking skills are limited lol. I'd really appreciate it hope you have a great weekend big thumbs 👍 from Ireland 🇮🇪 Amanda
I've seen quite a number of baria patients end up with an air fryer or a toaster oven. 😧 That was the first thing my coworkers asked why I bought an air fryer. I thought they were taunting at first.
@MsGamazon. I don't know if you are aware but most regular recipes can be made in the airfryer. So if you already have suggested recipes you can convert them to airfryer by reducing temperature by 20 to 25 degrees and cooking time in half. Hope this info is helpful. 🙂
Pat left a super helpful comment, my friend! I don't feel qualified to know the best recipes for bariatrics, but if you have recipes you already make and love, you can most likely cook them in your air fryer, just like Pat Peters said! :)

Yay! So glad to hear it!
ty for this, will have to try it!
Ok I am so glad I found your channel and being from utah I was do happy to see the fry sauce 😁😁😁
I just got the instant pot vortex plus with dual baskets as my first airfryer. Wondering what and how to use the other options on it. Have had some wins and losses with cooking Temps and time
Don't you have instructions, or recipes. My Instant Vortex Plus 6 in 1, 6 quart glass front is coming today, Sunday. I am anxious to use it !
How do u find the bake/grill/air fry options on it? Its not very clearly labelld for those settings :s x
I love the chicken and vegetable recipes in your cookbook. My favorite so far is the one with Yum Yum sauce.
I always use the air fryer for bacon. That is a game changer for sure.
Love the hibachi chicken recipe!
Thanks Cathy great video. 👍
Thanks, JB!
Hi, how do you get the ground beef not frozen like that? Did you thaw it with microwave?
You set the frozen ground beef out on the counter and let thaw. Or put the frozen ground beef in the refrigerator 1-2 days before you need it ! Very easy !
You can also thaw it in the microwave, yes.
I was wondering for this salmon recipe and on your cheat sheet you are using 350 temperature. Everywhere else I see 400 is the norm. Is there a reason you prefer lower temperature? Thank you
How does the dual blaze compare with the COSORI Indoor Grill?
Hi do the recipes in your cookbook work for any AIR fryer? I have a LA aur table one?
Question: I have the cosori blaze. Instead of using the silicone bowl wouldn't it just be easier to remove the insert and cook it that way? I don't understand the value of the silicone bowl.
Hi have you done anything using the Gournia air fryer toaster oven?
great video, the creativity!
I just bought an air fryer today and made those empanadas. That was no joke the best meal I have ever made myself. I was shocked
So very informative thanks so much
Add more powdered sugar to your maple bar icing and you'll have Ponache (Puh-new-chee) frosting. It's our favorite icing for spice cake.
Hi Cathy. I want a small A/F. Can I do all this n a 2.5 qt!
These are great. Thank you
You are so welcome!
VERY informative. Thank you
Glad it was helpful!
What oil sprayer are you using? I love your videos.
All the products I use are listed here: airfryertools.com
Looking for recipes for a Ninja Convection air fryer. I am a newby using this type of air fryer but I wonder if regualr air fryer recipes are inter changable. Also, is there a website for instructions for this Ninja
Another UK ditherer here, but girl, you just sold it to me. There are just the two of us & I really resent putting the oven on for maybe a couple of pies. You should be getting paid a lot by Cosori! You’re a great ambassador for their equipment! Now then, what’s the best for us?
Perfect-thank you!!
You're welcome!
I'm on the list but send me the link to that book, I'm ya huckleberry, what's the compelling difference for the Cosori upgrade? I bought the last one on your recommendation. thanks
Love the vidio. Getting the cook book.
Just got the Cosori Dual Blaze air fryer. Can I use the same cooking directions from your air fryer cook book using the dual blaze air fryer, since the two heating elements in the dual fryer might change the temperature and cooking times?
I have an entire video about this next week! But in five words, no need to change anything!
Ooh, ooh - I am getting my new Blaze today and just got a couple of ears of corn!
Enjoy!!
Hi Cathy, not a newbie here. Waiting on my 3rd one, the Dual Blaze from Prime Day! Follow all your videos and use your cookbook a lot. Just one question before I start using the Blaze. Have you had to adjust your recipes, time and or temperature
Hi Francia! I have a video coming next week about this very thing. And in all my testing, nope, I haven't needed to change the time or temp!
Love how you measure things out. First air fryer bought today. Loving your content! Subscribed. Ty
For someone only wanting to purchase 1 air fryer which do you recommend more Cosori Pro XL 2 or Dual blaze?
Have you seen this video, Randy? ua-cam.com/video/4BxYkkpno2s/v-deo.html
@@empoweredcooks yes shortly after I wrote this. I ordered mine yesterday. My daughter and I love watching your videos and can't wait to try out some of your recipes.
Hope you enjoy!
I need to get me a air fryer and start following you a mom with so many kids can’t be wrong. Lol.
