@san.d_ Hey there ☺️ glad u found the dish yummy. The seasoning mix comprises of 1 spoon of sugar, soy sauce, Japanese mirin & sake each. For extra spice, you can add mapo tofu sauce (spicy fermented bean sauce) like what i did. I’m not an IT worker, real bad with tech stuff 😅 what about yourself?
