Probably depends on what kept you uninspired the first time? I think the spirit of the game is essentially true to the original, so if it was the gameplay that didn't connect with you the first time, the second time isn't going to change much, if that makes sense? The additional two scenarios add shorter options and more gameplay, and the gameplay on the whole has been refined and sharpened.
Wooden units I think would be cool...In 52 years of wargaming, I've never played with wooden units (I hate block games). Also, how did you get my tweezers?! (jk).
Grew up on Avalon Hill. This looks like a good one, but the fact it's not on PC makes it a non-starter. Very few people have groups, or mates, who they can play these games with.
Looks much improved and a game I would enjoy to play. Many hanks.
The gameplay is very enjoyable in this one. Plays fast and lots of potential for creative solutions to problems. :)
Looking forward to the playthrough. The previous version didn't inspire me, so I am interested in seeing what has changed.

Thx from germany.
My pleasure, thanks for stopping in from Germany! :)
Very nice review thanks. This is not my type of North Africa game too generic, but that's me.
Thanks for the kind words. :) I'm always happy to help provide an informed decision and thanks for stopping in.

These units have a great feel to them. I'm not sure what the final version will be like, but I like the solid feel of the ones in the game now.
@@ZillaBlitz if they keep the units wood, this game has a chance. Cardboard, no.
I don't think there are any plans to go cardboard. :)
