@@alexgarciamma if paddy learnt about nutrition instead of giving in to his cravings it can only help him moving forward. i'm 54 and lean muscle every day of the year. knowledge is power when it comes to nutrition, and if i can get that shit under control without being a pro athlete, so can paddy. it just hasn't been modelled to him by his parents. 💪
