I respect you Paddy. Not only as a fighter, but as a man in general. You’re giving back to your community and doing big things for men’s mental health. Which is huge. I went through a 10 year period where I was hooked on drugs and alcohol, and didn’t want to be here anymore. So to see you contributing to something like this that gets overlooked a lot of times, is nothing but respect. Congrats to you and the mrs. as well.

I've always lived a very ordinary life and I don't do anything impressive or particularly remarkable, but my single greatest moment and accomplishment was the day my daughter was born. She's the only thing that keeps me going and keeps me from giving up. The very moment you daughters time will stop, and you'll lose yourself in the moment and you'll realise that nothing else will ever matter or be as special as that moment right there. It comes and goes so quickly too, so try your very best to enjoy every moment.
