Nothing against any of the other folks on the channel, but you're the one I like to watch. I tend to scan by the other videos if its not a subject I care about. Ill click any if yours. Not even sure why, just a vibe maybe. Tons of love to the whole crew though!
I think its the lack of hyperness a lot of other crafters give off, but also not a "meh whatever" attitude. As for the channel, I think its the speed these videos go. Don't drag, but don't skip info. Same reason I love mr crafty pants.
@@tracisusong6991 you're going to love it! I started my Cricut journey buying Cricut vinyl from website or local craft stores. Once you really start making projects you quickly realize it's way to expensive! The Starcraft permanent vinyl can be repositioned much easier. I'm sure you're gonna love it!! Have fun!
We don't find the quality amazing. Everyone has their own opinion, but we don't think you can beat the price and quality of Siser EasyWeed and Starcraft vinyl from 143Vinyl.com
A good tidbit too for folks who can use and enjoy using cricut, the vinyl is always on 30-50% off which can cut that price down for those that prefer it.
I just wanted to let you all know, I was in Michaels the other day and a guy was wondering which Cricut machine to get his wife. Another woman was there and I put my two cents and I also told him about your UA-cam videos so that he can let his wife know about your channel and what to buy. Thanks for all your useful tips.
Can you guys do a 'comparison' playlist and put all the videos like this there? I'd love to watch the printable HTV video again, and I'm not sure if you have a regular HTV video or not!
Sure! Also, no need for a comparison. The ONLY htv we use is Siser EasyWeed: www.143vinyl.com/12-inch-x-12-inch-siser-heat-transfer-vinyl-sheets/ . No comparison needed :)
This is our favorite kind: Masking Paper Transfer Tape: amzn.to/3bB57jJ . We don't have a video comparing any because we haven't found any comparable that we like!
I dislike Oracal. I usually buy Cricut vinyl, and think it is worth the price. It cuts nicely and weeds easily. I do not get that with Oracal. Cricut lasts much longer, as well. If vinyl does not stay on the surface, that actually increases its price. I cannot speak about the third vinyl you featured because I have never used it. For iron on/htv, I also find Cricut to be worth the money. I understand that upfront cost is a factor, but sometimes frustration is part of the cost. I do have plenty of vinyl purchased on Amazon that I am happy to use. Some Amazon sellers seem to have a larger variety than Cricut and Oracal of patterned AND solid color vinyl. It really depends on one’s preference. My time is worth a lot, so I include that is the cost of vinyl.
I wish (as a University of Texas alum) that I could find a good burnt orange vinyl. If anyone has recommendations, I would love to know! Happy crafting! :)
@@MakersGonnaLearn thank you nice to know. Bit at the moment with the pandemic that's on I don't know if I will be in a job or not if the place I work will shut permanently as it's a social club.

Starcraft hands down for price and easy weeding!
Amen!! We agree!
I just ordered from starcraft last week

This is great, thank you so much. Would love to see something similar on HTV Vinyl if possible!
Same

@@MakersGonnaLearn Cool, thanks! I was wondering about the HTV, too.
@@robinpopovich2736 I've switched to Thermoflex, it's a GAME CHANGER and my projects look 100% more professional.
I also love The Paper Studio vinyl that I get from Hobby Lobby (it’s the house brand). Usually they have 50% off the rolls. Check them out!
Hi, do you use both the htv and the permanent vinyl? I’ve seen that brand at hobby lobby and have always wondered about the quality?
We've used it! It's not our favorite, but if you like it that's great! :)
We don't find the quality amazing. Everyone has their own opinion, but we don't think you can beat the price and quality of Siser EasyWeed and Starcraft vinyl from 143Vinyl.com
There is no video on quality in the descriptiin, that I can find...this was very helpful. Thank you!

Do you have similar comparison videos for iron-on vinyl? Maybe planned?
We only recommend Siser EasyWeed: www.143vinyl.com/12-inch-x-12-inch-siser-heat-transfer-vinyl-sheets/
Thermoflex is the best HTV! Looks so much more professional
What is your favorite transfer taper for selling car decals?
Anyone can answer. Tks

Extremely helpful. Thank You!
Glad it was helpful! You're so welcome!!
Can you post the actual links of the swatches?
Not sure if I missed it but you said 143 used to sell oracal 651 but I didn't hear you say where you can buy it now.
You can buy oracle online. Just look up oracle 651 in google
You can get it from expressions vinyl
Yes expressions vinyl has it
Thanks for answering!
It would be nice to have included shipping costs - makes a huge difference overall.
Shipping is free over $50, or flat rate $6.95
Are those vinyls 13" like for the cricut maker 3? Cause some of those vinyls were not the same size and it screwed up my projects.
Do you have a video in best transfer tape?

Nice to see you Rachel.
Thank you so much!
Can you mirror with the orcal and star craft to get the same color if you're applying to the underside of a glass plate??
I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS.
Where is the link for the different vinyl comparisons? Somehow I am missing the link

Finally someone I can agree with. I also think Cricut is worth the price. I have tried other htvs but none seem to work as good as Cricut.
Can I get strcraft vynal in the UK,? Thanks
Can we buy the two brands besides cricut off amazon?
You cannot, unfortunately. But 143Vinyl.com is a great website with super fast shipping :)
How do you know the cost per sheet?
How do you order from the oracal website?
Here you go: expressionsvinyl.com/adhesive-vinyl/permanent-adhesive-vinyl/oracal-651-vinyl/
Thank you for the info.
Our pleasure!
Thank you Rachel 😊
You are so welcome!
is teckwrap vynl a bad brand?
