Do you know what each fakra connector is for? Is yellow backup camera, green mic, and blue antenna something else.
That's really good detail! That last cable you removed is the 18 pin connector for Audio/Video IN and OUT. That's what I was really interested in seeing.
I was hoping to make use of those pins to send video output to some cheap headrest monitors in the rear. RSE "Rear Seat Entertainment". "NTG25RSE" harness seems to plug right in there, and replace what's there.
I'm not exactly sure where the end of that cable leads exactly, does it all go to the MMI adapter in the glovebox, or somewhere else as well, I guess I'll find out soon enough.

After removing what was your diagnosis, did you just replace radio or? If you did replace with factory did it need a reprogramming?
what is color green, blue and yellow for. This will me install an aftermarket radio instead of guessing
Why take the Torx screw out when all you need to loosen it enough to slide the plate?!
