Hey reedy is it possible to do a tutorial on DIY heavy bag stand? It’s so hard to find a decent one that holds more than 100lb with enough space to move around and throw leg kicks on my Muay Thai bag. Thanks man!

How good dose suction cups work? When training gets hot and humid is that a problem with suction cups?
Works great for me. However they would not hold over night. They are great for putting up for a session and then removing and putting away.
