Hey kerel! First of all, love your new format. Really nice, gives you some more space and time to really address what you hear and see.
That being said, this song is obviously way out there, again, your face doesn't lie, especially in the beginning😃 Like you said, you like more of a melody in a song. If you really want to see what this band is capable of, check out the 'Pain Remains' trilogy of their latest album. This is absolutely award winning material bud! It's a gutwrenching beautiful production man, and yes, I used the word 'beautiful' while discribing a deathcore band, so.... If any song suits your new format it's gonna be this one mate. And please, if your're doing it, do the whole thing in one part, please don't do the 3 parts separately, that's just unacceptable, haha! 😃
Oh and yes, To The Hellfire is brutal, but if I may say so, a lullaby compared to the opening track of their new album, 'Welcome Back, O Sleeping Dreamer'. Brutal as hell, as well as the rest of the album.

They did a video where they put a camera down Wills throat to analyze how he does these sounds and there are lots of interviews on yt showing Wills amazing personality. His playthroughs are legendary. Also check out his vocal cover of Sleep Tokens song Hypnosis. He does amazing clean vocals as well!

Woohoo 🎉 welcome back dude, been a long time. Will Ramos is officially a unicorn and Lorna Shore are now an unstoppable force in the deathcore scene. There album Pain Remains is a masterpiece and man I have to see them live at some point. I finally got to see Nightwish at Wembley in November ( I cried, a lot ) saw Amity Affliction two weeks ago (1st time mosh pit experience) Epica in 2 weeks (mosh pit + crying 😅) and Sabaton at Wembley in April, everything is right with the world once more. Def liking the new format dude and again, nice to see your face popping up in my recommendations 🤘❤️🇬🇧

Is really cool and I think you chose the perfect song to try it on, because so much is going on in the song and is so difficult to take in all of it on the first listening experience, so it was perfect. Keep the Lorna Shore reactions coming, cause everyone loves Lorna and everyone loves Will. Maybe you can try some of Will's covers if you want something different or his one takes. Maybe you can even react to some of his interviews or stuff like that. And as everyone else suggested as I am sure, bring on the Pain remains trilogy. We all love it and we will love to see your take on it. But to be honest I personally would love to see your reaction to Sun//eater from Lorna Shore, that is my all time fav from them.

It's great to see you again! I like this format; often when someone reacts to something and they missed an important thing, or they didn't have some of the background information, the reaction feels incomplete. With this format there is the initial "blind" reaction, which is great (your face, I missed your facial expressions, I just realized that, haha!), but there's also an in depth review afterwards. I like it! As for new songs... I see you've never reacted to Karnivool before. Maybe that's because you already knew them? It's not new, but it is great, and I saw them live last night for the first time in 8 or 9 years, so would love to see your reaction 😁

Hi Thomas: This really made my day to see that you’re back - you’ve been missed! I think you mentioned having a tough year and I can totally relate - let’s hope 2023 brings good things.
I like the “post reaction” format - often our thoughts change or develop after a first listen so it’s nice to hear both perspectives. Plus you can go a bit more in-depth, I imagine.
As for new music, Devin Townsend has a new record you might want to check out? I can honestly say that it helped me get through my recent tough times - two songs in particular: “Call of the Void” (ua-cam.com/video/SpBO0RbLKJ0/v-deo.html) and “Moonpeople” (ua-cam.com/video/D-kl_I8E0kA/v-deo.html). His new music is not as heavy as his previous stuff, but wonderful nonetheless.

I absolutely love this new format. I think it lends itself very well to this indeed very intense song but it might also work well for something a bit longer or more ambitious (to avoid saying "proggy" - oops 🙂). I have discovered so many things in songs I already loved through reaction videos from you and otzher creators. I think a post-reaction once you have an idea how a song works would add even more insight to that.

I did try to sing a few of Lorna Shore songs but my vocals as they are now are not suited for deathcore, more suited for melodic death metal and maybe some black metal.
