This touched my heart. My grandmother was full Swede and she always made traditional rice pudding for Christmas. I, in my youth, did not understand this was an experience from the “old country”. I have her hand written recipe. I think that one is getting framed. ❤️

Greetings from Utah. My boyfriend and I just bought a cabin in the southern part of the state to get away from city life and spend more time in nature. It sits next to a creek, nestled under towering Ponderosa Pines, lovely juniper, and red soil. I am Danish descent and my boyfriend is Swedish descent. Looks like we have a few things in common! Haha. I appreciate your beautiful videos and artistry and relate to the love of living closer to nature. Sending many good vibes your way.

That little "Skol" with the dishes melted my heart - my boyfriend and i use to "skol" with every first bite of the dish we're about to eat. Seeing you two doing that warmed my soul. And i LOVE this rice pudding/porridge thingy so much too!
Your videos gives me so much peace, the way you speak and the music are incredibly peaceful 😌but at the same time it makes me want to cry 😢 i am not happy with my life and i fight depression for so many years that I lost count....i am alone in my life, I have no friends, no family, not one single person with whom I talk to. ...I am married and I have two kids but I am not happy and I feel so alone...I need a friend and I don't have around me people who are open minded to hear and understand me and therefore they don't deserve my trust, to see the real me...I speak only with my husband and he tries to be the friend I need but I can see how he does not feel and understand what I mean when I speak to him, and he has told me also that this is too much for him, to be everything for me, friend, therapist, husband, lover...it bothers him, so I don't have any other choice than to fight with my feelings and to hide what I really feel and to try to be more positive. That is not so bad actually because it helps a little with my mood, I don't want to be sad all the time, but at the same time it doesn't resolve the problem, it just covers it until it's again too much and I fall again in sorrow and so on. It's a never-ending circle...

Christine, Sorry for the delay! I was unable to watch until now, but I am here!! I have been looking forward to your video, you are doing such a great job! Like I said before, I don’t really find myself able to relate to many but your videos and spirit that shines through, speak to me! Today I learned milk allergy comes from evolution and I have a lot of Native American in my DNA, can’t have toooooo much milk because cow’s milk was not a part of their diet and it reacts with our bodies! I love the rice lanterns, wow how neat!! America is such a mess right now, I have escaped to my parents ranch in the mountains for now. Thank you for another escape from the craziness, but an escape that is a true reality. I appreciate you, looking forward to hearing more about the women’s club. Beautiful vlog! Here in Scotland for those that practice lighting these flying objects it is frowned upon, as they are a danger to both flights and to animals when they land but as you are in a part of Denmark open to the sea, presume that is not a problem. I love porridge at any time of the year and with Cinnamon topping and berries, makes it extra special with a glass of white wine to wash it down.

Another beautiful vid with a more beautiful story which lightens up our dark times in the Netherlands. At the moment we need to stay @home at the evenings due the C*-virus. Ohhh the wood paneling in your family's house is everything! It looks so cozy - looooove it 😍 everything you said resonates deep within my soul. I have lived all over Europe, always in busy capitals and I only really found my meaning and joy again when moving back to rural Germany. In my part of the world (NewYork) we refer to the wood paneling as "Knotty Pine" which was very popular in the 1950's - 1960's; now rarely seen in homes.

Great that Kalle liked your creation. So often my family hated my raw creations. My husband now eats some of my healthy creations but others he won’t even venture to try! I’m impressed Kalle and good on you for finding an alternative.

It was so powerful and moving when you paused and said “and then we let go.” I listened to it a couple times. The thing that gives us so many problems is our need to hang on to things, emotional things, physical things, ideas from the past and even our expectations & dreams for the future. Our attachment to things keeps us from growing, creating, experiencing and graciously letting others do the same. It’s painful and scary to let go and it takes practice but I believe something better awaits us. Thank you for your beautiful video! Wishing you joy and peace in the new year!❤️

Oh yay! A new video! It was lovely to hear you tell your story about your connection to nature and especially the horses. I used to spend all my time in stables and with horses as a child/teen, so I can definitely relate to that special connection. I miss being around them and working with them, or working with animals in general. It grounds you in a way not many other things can. In my opinion that is. But yes, horses do deserve, and require, a lot of time and devotion, that is true. :) Like you, the dream is to bring horses back into my life again one day. I went to Iceland two years ago to work on a farm during lambing season and they had horses as well. It was amazing to work with them and ride again. But, like you, I need to find the time (and in my case the economical means) to be able to bring horses back into my life on a more permanent basis. One day though...

My soul craves nature too, I’m working towards a doctorate degree so I’m stuck in the city at the moment but yours and kalle’s vlogs help with that 😂 the nature and the fact that you both have such beautiful souls.
I’m going to vow to be more conscious with what I put inside my body too. I recently came off of birth control but I could definitely eat better and learn more about nutrition.

I can feel it really strong in nature, where I feel deeply connected with everything :-) I can remember how I missed that feeling sooo much in the few years when I had to live in a big city in Germany (many years ago).
