I woke up today feeling like just watching this video again and I cried happy crocodile tears just hearing you share about your deep life and your journey... I only just found Kalle's channel so I became curious about you as well. Thank you for making your two videos. I am looking forward to seeing many more. Sometimes in the hectic of our daily life we forget our soul. We forget to listen to our body, to our heart. I like how Kalle put it with starting a day with a drink, being in the moment and being intentional about it. In between all the pressures and distractions (and most of them we choose to put on ourselves, even if it is not intentional) I need to remember what are important things for me and focus and work on that. We are allowed to be selective about what makes us happy, and go for that.

Thanks for your calm and warm energy:) I love snow, we have quite a lot of it in Poland:) and it's common to drink a hot cacao in the morning but usually with milk or whiped cream, i haven't heard of adding any herbs or spises to it, so thanks for the idea! I'm very happy you found your soulmate. My husband and I are married for 30 years this year. When I look back we had our struggles, but at those moments I thought about the good days we had in the past and the love we shared. Those thoughts were (and still are) the oil that kept/keeps the marriage rolling. So I strongly advice the both of you, keep the best days alive in your brain, remember them. I only just found Kalle's channel so I became curious about you as well. Thank you for making your two videos. I am looking forward to seeing many more. Sometimes in the hectic of our daily life we forget our soul. We forget to listen to our body, to our heart. I like how Kalle put it with starting a day with a drink, being in the moment and being intentional about it. In between all the pressures and distractions (and most of them we choose to put on ourselves, even if it is not intentional) I need to remember what are important things for me and focus and work on that. We are allowed to be selective about what makes us happy, and go for that.

Thanks for your calm and warm energy:) I love snow, we have quite a lot of it in Poland:) and it's common to drink a hot cacao in the morning but usually with milk or whiped cream, i haven't heard of adding any herbs or spises to it, so thanks for the idea! My husband and I are married for 30 years this year. When I look back we had our struggles, but at those moments I thought about the good days we had in the past and the love we shared. Those thoughts were (and still are) the oil that kept/keeps the marriage rolling. So I strongly advice the both of you, keep the best days alive in your brain, remember them. Do love each other, on and on and on. I gave the same advive to my own children.

I feel you about life changing in one year! I met my husband online, flew to Spain 3 months later, married 3 months after that. I went from single and not knowing my true path to married and building a new life.
