Ty for livestreaming. Would love to see a closer look at the CFS upgrade kit for the K1 series of printers. What's in the kit, how it's connected to the printer, etc.

You can see that its connected via the front USB port but hopefully that is not the final solution!

Creality, how can we trust your new products when you fail to support your highest-end models? I've invested thousands in your equipment, including the Sermoon D3 Pro, which has been a nightmare since day one. After months of trying to get help from your support team, I’ve received zero resolution. If you can't stand behind your flagship products, why should anyone consider any of your products?
My experience has made me question your commitment to customers who invest heavily in your machines. I wanted to promote your brand on social media, but instead, I feel misled and let down. If this neglect continues, potential buyers should look elsewhere, and potentially file FTC complaints. Other brands like Flash Forge prioritize customer service and reliability.
While I enjoy my other Creality products like the Scan Lizard and K1 Max, the contrast with the Sermoon D3 Pro only highlights its shortcomings. Selling such a subpar machine at a premium price reflects poorly on your brand. Until you address these critical issues and show genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, skepticism about your new products will only grow. #Creality #3DPrinting #CustomerSupport #SermoonD3Pro #FlashForge #BusinessImpact #BuyerBeware
