He did not pay that much to do that to his car
What?
Yeah, I figure the revenue from the two videos uploaded will likely justify this purchase. Local economy grows as Car Wizard fixes the trade-off for our entertainment, and Hoovie still ends up with a profitable sorted convertible Evoque.
He payed nothing. It's a sponsored video and 20k (if it realy is that) is peanuts for a used auto trader of this size.
@@justjoe7313 “paid”*
@@justjoe7313 He... waterproofed a boat... nothing?
Are you one of those proud, poorly-educated?
4 curbed wheels & a convertible? 110% was a white woman who writes negative yelp reviews💀
Hah, whistlindiesel did come to mind. Can’t say I’m too bothered about this goofy thing getting banged up.
Lol it’s the first ever off road test of this model 🤣.
These are very rare, im surprised hoovie is trashing it
@@Decipher13 all the cars that are really popular started out as undesirable.
Yeah, car tube at its worst, really. Destroying an otherwise good condition rare car just for shits and giggles. Entertaining though.
@@Decipher13 Did you hear what he said about resale values? The fact they`re still surprisingly valuable, shows they don't fit the definition of "undesirable", despite their horrible reputation.
@@Decipher13 The Mustang II was never rare, as junky as it may or ay not have been, neither was the Trabant in its homeland. Both of them shed value like a piano falling off a cliff, the Evoque soft top was never common, mainly because it cost a lot compared to its rivals, & it was only intended to appeal to a tiny niche market, its not comparable with your examples, & as I said, its residuals are surprisingly solid, given its now old, has a worse rep than ever, & still only appeals to a tiny amount of people. The OP said he was surprised Hoovie trashed what seemed to be a fairly decent example, compared to some of the other commonly available junk he`s got his hands on & subsequently blown thousands on restoring, I think he`s right, it seems kinda ridiculous, but then, this is UA-cam, & "big" UA-camrs sometimes pull stunts like that for likes, even when it contradicts who they usually are.
Have you seen what Mustang II survivors are getting these days? The King Cobra and Cobra IIs are now highly coveted thanks to boomers hogging all the good Mustangs.
Ya gotta love that old Land Rover commercial lol. Not a chance it or probably any vehicle drove up that dam lol.
Its winched. It shows that in the original ad…
it did go up there.
@@Mr_Judge_Benny_Hinn lol ya being pulled up with a winch like he said above.
I honestly wouldn’t trust my series 2 (pre defender) going up something that steep, I’d have more faith in the some of the newer stuff, but that’s still too steep for almost any vehicle.
It was winched up. Richard Hammond did a recreation of the stunt on Top Gear in a 64 year old Land Rover. It looked terrifying. Unlike the original advert though, the Land Rover winched itself up albeit it had a second engine in the rear on a pivot so that it would still runs and power the winch when vertical.
Hoovie is in his ✨whistlin diesel✨ era
The car is currently ~7k off the purchase price on Cars and Bids. Add the repairs required, in part due to the events in this video, and Hoovie strikes again!!!! 🤣😂🤣
That pond looks like it’s literally costing a fortune. An entire excavation crew working full time with all of the equipment running costs. That’s probably close to a 7 figure pond.
Yeah, it seems extra silly to me to be dumping all that money into that at the same time as the other stuff. Hoovie needs to pace himself lol
@ice44567 i mean the slow down part i totally get but i like the idea of someone like him spending money to make something really nice naturey wise...
@@ice44567he has serious resources and has the ability to make significant money quickly. Why not suffer thru a couple of years of turmoil but then have a fully finished and incredible property to enjoy with his kids when they visit. A lot of people wait, scrimp and save and by the time they get financially comfortable they are old and there kids are gone. So now what do you do? It's all about the balance ......

everyone complaining in the comments is so booorrrriiinnnggg
This car has some serious Nissan vibes.
LOVED the video: this car was sold under false assumptions to be offroad, and the shoddy quality and design faults are aptly demonstrated by Hoovie. Well done!
It’s a shame Hoovie is trashing this awesome car! 🤡
Well it was designed by Posh Spice made for the streets, not off-roading.
There’s only one of these in Iran and it’s priced 1million dollars 😅
Interesting. Who does it own? And how did it end up there? :)
Doing unfortunate things with unfortunate vehicles with your host, Tyler Hoover
“As slow as possible, as fast as necessary”. Tyler really embracing the Land Rover ethos with his driving. Well done!! 😂
well done ....ruining a nice car....
"nice car"
Heap of scrap
Nice car 😂😂😂
Even for Hoovie, that was just stupid.
Gotta ask: Was all that really worth trashing the car? Never understand that thinking. Oh well, not my money.
Man some of y’all are crybabies. It was entertaining. Who cares what he does with cars that HE buys?! You act like he did crowd funding then did this. Keep up the great videos Hoovie!
I hate to say it, but I really like these.
Poor Range Rover!
It’s being out of its misery of being just that.
Looks like Hoovie has some pent-up aggression that he’s itching to get out
Is this how Hoovie reacts to not being invited to MORR Off-Road Games?
i love how he pretends he has no money for content and then just buys a new car the next episode
I really wish he kept that mustang gt500 instead…
