To the former Biscayne Police Chief: You knew that your former officers falsely arrested an INNOCENT person but you ordered them to arrest him/her for no reason. You deserve to be placed behind bars for that reason alone.

    • @halwarner6688

THEY knew that ALSO. It's not the chief. THEY went and arrested a CHILD and destroyed his innocence and EVEN if the chief gave them orders which made them uncomfortable, why not speak to a superior?
To drop the conspiracy charge is another punch in the face of the innocent child whose youth and life those predators damaged. The entire system is corrupt.

A couple of things they said they Was scared they may get fired if they don’t do what they’re told. So if the police chief says walk up and shoot this person has he gone to still shoot the man because he scared he’s going to get fired? And the attorney said my client made a mistake. There’s a difference between making A mistake and knowingly lying.

Then the State and Judge join the conspiracy by dropping conspiracy charges against them.
Every person involved in that case, on the government side, should've been charged, prosecuted, convicted and thrown in PRISON for 30 years.

Doing something because you think you’re going to get fired is not an excuse when your actions negatively effects an innocent person. They took an oath and if they get fired for honoring that oath then oh well. That just makes you a better human being and a great cop. I hope they threw the book as hard as they could at them, but if I had to guess they probably got a slap on the wrist.

Have you found that over the years, the more you did FOR FREE for your public-servants,
the more ungrateful, thankless and abusive they have become, so may we politely suggest
    the following de-escalation-for-remedy?
THE TRUST IS COLLAPSED....in other words, you are no longer granting any more credit.
If the policeman is not lawfully investigating the crime on behalf of the male/female victim and is entering YOUR company jurisdiction without you summonsing them, then would it not be advisable to be politely placing YOUR public-servants/trustees, whom are acting rogue, under your notification that you charge $911 per hour for your time spent in their company and also $777 for YOUR performance.... and that any further communicating with you, is with them accepting the terms & conditions of the commercial contract IN THE PRIVATE (the cop CHARLIE DAYOUB and PAUL FERNANDEZ and their chief RAIMUNDO ATESIANO and their POLICE UNION is now with PERSONAL liability.... because Notice-to-Agent-is-Notice-to-Principal...and also through JOINDER...and they also lose their qualified immunity)
This way, you are NOT resisting nor refusing to obey/comply with their orders/demands/policy /questions, because you are now willing to perform WITH THE CONDITION that payment is with you immediately, because you have NO CONFIDENCE with them administrating YOUR company trust!
THE PUBLIC TRUST IS COLLAPSED...Why is YOUR company issuing them extra credit?
Are YOU not the grantor and the beneficiary of YOUR trust? ...making them the trustees, whom are with their fiduciary obligation and duty-of-care to be NOT causing you injury nor damage nor loss nor harm.
Is THEIR job YOUR job? Is THEIR company policy YOUR company policy?
not unless and until they are PAYING for your company time & performance
THE CONSTRUCTIVE TRUST IS COLLAPSED...YOU are no longer performing free-of-charge!
You may be willing to pursue the matter through the small-claims-court and/or through arbitration which is held in-the-private because PUBLIC court is only for the PUBLIC servant.
YOUR TRUST FUND IS NOW WITH RESTORATION....YOU are now making money from every encounter with YOUR trustees because the days of doing something with them for free are over.
PS-Be the BUSINESS man with your trustees.....NOT the victim.

I really want to believe that most police officers are honest, but lets face it: This probably goes on much more than even the staunchest police supporters will admit. Something like this can and will ruin an innocent persons life FOREVER. My cousin lives in a small town. (Lafayette, Georgia) He swears up and down that he was framed. As a result of that he is a convicted felon, and can't get a decent job. That and the fact that he is bitter. Who can blame him?

Even if they drop the charges later I will still have screwed up your life. Officer safety my life is more important than yours. My dog's life is more important than your life. No knock warrants and k-;9 on welfare check need to end. No knock warrants were/are used in high risk situations. Not we think something is going on. Dogs should only be used when the dangers to officers is very high. Not I really don't want to deal with this or a dog will allow me to violate this person's rights. When they use a dog just because the person doesn't consent to a search is misconduct.
