      Does anyone own a 10mm spanner? I mean we've all bought a set with a 10mm spanner in it. But where they go? Nobody knows. Maybe Dark Matter is made up from all the missing 10mm spanners?

    I've been studying culinary my entire life, and this is the most efficient way to cut a burrito that I've seen. Even with making the guillotine. Well done sir.

      mathieu tenka only Kings? since I am an American my French history might be off, but did not the Kings get the blade used on them? A true revolutionary man would use the guillotine for all things, especially burritos and tyrants.

    That has got to be the coolest way to cut a burrito. That burrito must be the tastiest burrito ever. Really that burrito looks good. But it probably only looks that good because it was just cut with a guillotine made by Jimmy Diresta. Love your work Jimmy. Thanks for sharing brother.

      I was glad to see that as well. Even if it was lower carbon steel (.2-.4%), it will harden up significantly over the annealed state. 50 hrc is much much harder than 30 hrc.

I built a Guillotine years ago as a kid and it had a lot of design problems so it was a joy to watch you make a lovely working version that really cuts through everything. Also good to see you in orange fat the end of the video. I wear mostly orange when I'm making things. Which is most of the time.
