Please do another like this. Good flow from combination to combination. The BPM are perfect with music that has a clear beat. You repeat each of the moves enough for me to get it; enjoying the no talk concept. Good visual instruction. And, I liked that you did not turn the sound down when doing the bicycle moves at end of class. Good class.
I loved this one and the other one you did with the ladies! I feel like I am in a workout class with all of you. It is perfectly imperfect, you don't edit out when someone doesn't get a move at first, just like myself and I find that so genuine!
I admit I had to pause rewind a few times to grasp some of the moves but my dance coordination without a trampoline is dire but got it all in the end( pretty much I will repeat this again though to get it properly😅😅) I love this channel it's awesome. 🎉❤
What I really like about this is the lack of talking, the motivational music and the hiit style of it so I can work hard for an achievable amount of time knowing I have a little rest in between. I did find the squat part in the middle destroyed me a little, doing it one after the other, putting a less intense move between them may have made it a little more manageable but it went very quickly! Also, please include a warm up and a cool down. Thank you x

I'm recovering from covid and thought it was time to get back on my rebounder. There is no way I could keep up with Nikki and her crew but I stayed with it for the full 20 minutes. It truly was fun doing what I could which was mostly bouncing up and down and that's okay. Watching this video has given me something to strive towards. I'm so very happy that I found Earth & Owl.

Great class....love the music and no talk and visual. I'm 62 and this is my 33rd day straight on the rebounder. I feel like I've come full-circle after a class like this. In the 80s I was addicted to aerobics, weights, and yoga; this class reminds me of the old aerobics (we did interval then too). Yoga stuck while I raised kids and in my 40's and 50's I taught yoga. I love the Sunday Sixty with yoga poses! thank you!

Ok! I found ur channel a few days ago and I am so happy I did. I was unable to do kicks because when I would lift one leg the other leg would buckle. Well today, I did the side kicks! And the trick was holding my abs and pelvic floor at the same Time. Rebounding is harder than it Looks!! Thank you!

I forgot to mention that I am new to rebounding, but not to exercising. While I can do all those moves on the floor, the bounce made it incredibly different! And I can appreciate how your team bodies look like mine (thick /fit/ and fabulous!!!❤❤)

I'm going to call this one advanced beginner to intermediate. It's probably a little difficult for true beginners, but if you know how to modify, it's an accessible workout.
Greetings. Thank you for your comment. I'm aware of the benefits of rebounding barefoot. I rebounded barefoot for over 3 years, but found through trial and error that rebounding with shoes is better for my old knee injury. Every person's situation is unique and people can decide for themselves what works best. As an instructor, I say...try both! See what you like. Telling people there is only one way can hinder their attempts at fitness.

Did it but can't tell a lie - my legs were killing me and I was definitely sweating. Had to rest at the end with the bicycles. 😰 Glad I did it though.
