These videos have taught me more in two hours than what my teacher taught me in an entire year. You're doing the work of legends. Keep up the amazing work and the awesome hair. To anyone else reading this comment, good luck tomorrow at 12:00 pm.
Thanks for this, I've been watching your videos throughout the year and it's been so helpful. There's just so much stuff to learn for this exam (taking it tmrw) and I like how concise and useful the vids have been. btw i love the hair
Best of luck on the exam tomorrow! I am glad I have been able to help you learn physics this year. Any chance you could do what I have asked people to do in the following video? bit.ly/2y4tOCA It would be a great way to show your appreciation!
For the past few hours, I have been watching the series in preparation for the AP test tomorrow. This has been a huge help in studying, and I thank you very much.
To anyone reading this, don't neglect the open and closed end objects formulas in regards to standing waves. I know that they can be derived, but you save time if you remember them.
No doubt, we need to meet sometime. Are you going to continue making the progression of new videos after this school year? We need the whole set. How much do I need to donate?
Yes, my plan is to get back to my original progression of new videos and continue where I left off before. I totally agree that "we need the whole set". Donate what you can and that'll make me happy. 😃
Hi buddy! Thank u sooooooo much for making such excellent videos which help me a lot!!!!!! I can watch ur video and practice the relative problems to make progress. I will take the AP Physics 1 tomorrow. And after the total AP Physics 1 review, I will cross my fingers for it. Anyway, thank u again!!!
Thank you so much for this AP physics one review series. I'm not the type of student who learns much from review books so this series was extremely helpful in refreshing my memory for the test. Wish me luck, I'll be taking it this Tuesday!!!! Thanks again, God bless!!
Flipping Physics Are you going to make videos about experimental design? (My class does not do many labs and my review book doesn't go over experimental design, but sometimes it can be the topic of an entire FR question.)
Sorry ***** however, I do not have plans to make any more AP Physics 1 videos this year. I've spent the last 4 months making them and it is time for me to get back to working on videos for my classes.
I just found out about you this morning and I have my AP test tomorrow afternoon...I have watched all the videos I think I needed to and you truly have helped me have a much better understanding of how everything works the way it does and why the equations and such are why they are. I wish I had you for my high school teacher! Thank you so much for helping out all of us struggling physics students!
Thank you so much for these unbelievably helpful videos, you literally saved my bacon, my ap test is in a few days, and my entire class was sweating bullets, and someone found this playlist, shared it with the group, and in no time we were all watching them. And not to mention these videos were a joy to watch, which i wasn't expecting, so thank you for that as well, and please continue creating these amazing materials!
This stuff is so helpful, thanks so much for putting the effort into making these videos. Helped me remember all the stuff I forgot and I'm talking about all your videos not just this one! Just want to let you know that my entire class is using your videos to help study for the ap physics test and how much of a huge help it's been.
I'm so nervous for tomorrow...but your videos were AMAZING these past few days leading up to the test for review. I wish I knew about your channel earlier! Physics 1 and 2 would have been way easier then, but thank you anyways for your hard work!
Dude you rocked it. As of now, you have earned my subscription to your channel. Hopefully you can do some physics 2 for next year. Thanks for everything!
Just took this test and wanted to sincerely thank you for the amount of help your videos/study guides had given me Although, I still screwed up the entire exam so I guess I will come back to watch these videos in college.
Steve 2 I fervently hope you are incorrect about you assessment of your performance on the exam. But don't worry, I will have more videos if you have to relearn this material in college. :)
thank you so much for making these videos. our AP physics 1 exam is tomorrow, and I'm taking it on the same day as my AP computer science exam. before beginning to watch your videos, I thought I would be getting a 2 or 3 if I was lucky on the physics exam. Now, after watching all of them, I feel like I will be lucky if I got a 4 or 5. This is amazing, thank you!
I disagree. In my opinion it is much more important to understand the derivation of the equations for standing waves in open and closed pipes because the questions on the AP exams tend to lean towards understanding the theory rather than having memorized the equations.
Hey, I just wanted to thank you so much Mr. P! You really helped me on the test! I read through the standards and I love how you related your videos to exactly what the standards were asking! Thanks a ton. Just maybe one suggestion, maybe you could do a video on the standards that say that the student has to know how to set up an experiment? I feel like that is a really integral part of the AP Physics 1 Exam, it would have helped me on the test today, but I still feel that I got a 5 thanks to you. THANKS AGAIN

Welp, tomorrow's test day, and I just wanted to chime in and say that your videos make for great review. Whatever happens tomorrow, I'll have "fli-pping-phy-sics~" stuck in my head for years to come.
Hi Mr. P! I adore your videos, they really are helping me master the concepts I've had trouble with this whole year. The AP Exam is coming up, and I was wondering about a few other equations not on the equation sheet. For example, λ = 2L/n is not on the sheet. Neither is v=√(T/μ), where T is Force Tension and μ is linear density of a string. There is absolutely nothing about capacitance either. Does this mean that I shouldn't worry about problems involving these equations and concepts on the exam itself? Thanks again for taking the time to make these amazing videos!
I.C. Weiner With regards to v=√(T/μ) and capacitors, neither of these topics are covered in the AP Physics 1 curriculum. (There is enough to study in the curriculum; don't add things to study.) And then there is λ = 2L/n. My assumption is you are referring to the wavelength of the wave of a standing wave in a string being equal to two times the length of the string divided by the harmonic number. There is no reason to memorize this equation. If you understand the way standing waves work, then you can determine this relationship visually. I really dislike memorization and there are already plenty of equations to memorize, so no, don't memorize this one. FYI: I go over this concept 9 minutes in to my Mechanical Waves video. ua-cam.com/video/O7DD1otBwt0/v-deo.html Glad you are learning from my videos!
Flipping Physics Thank you for responding! Thanks also for dispelling those worries, less to stress about studying. I've got 8 days and I'll use them well. Thank you.

That'a a bit freaky.
