You only have to fight that yellowback, but for me i have to fight 2 more watchers + this yellowback but i have done this easily it took me just 6 mins to deal with those creatures 😅😅

If you're having trouble getting out of here and you give up just hit options then load and hit an quick save.

go to crafting>modify weapons> select your weapon and there you go!
