Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport Mk8 Review: The hot hatch it should have been

The MK8 Volkswagen Golf GTI received less praise than initially expected from the media. A more dynamic chassis, for sure, but nowhere near as eager or playful as the highwatermark MK7. This VW Golf GTI Clubsport is the car the Mk8 always should have been.
Powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, it produces 300bhp and cracks 0-62mph in just 5.6 seconds. A top speed of 155mph makes it no slouch. Better than winning games fo Top Trumps, this car features the engagement that was missing form the standard car.
