Husband and wife just walked away. It was really satisfying to watch.

The first clip fits the legal definition of assault. He made that man legitimately fear for his life and property. That is a reasonable apprehension of fear over the situation which makes this a very clear cut case of assault possible aggervated assault because he threatened to pour on the man what the man assumed was gas. I don't know if he splashed him but if he did that would also fit the legal definition of battery.

I had a situation like this not long ago. There were two black guys that walked up to me after I had just gotten a shopping cart. One of them jumped into the cart without saying anything to me, then asked me to move the cart with the guy in it. Instead I just walked off and found another one without making any fuss. These pranksters just want a reaction out of you for their content. Don't allow them that. It's not worth beating them and risking going to jail, even if you are completely justified in doing so.
