I currently started using mse. What ive understood of all of this is that nasal breathing and tongue posture is number one priority. My question is whst is the point of facial mask IF mse does its job by expanding the maxilla and the breathing gets better and the tongue fits nicely in the palate? I mean why would forward pulling be necessary if the expansion does the trick? Appreciate the response. Thanks.

Are you sure you want to proceed with the SFOT? Atleast from what you said it just sounds very unatural to add a lot of fake enamel. Don’t you think you could just align your teeth a bit then start mewing? It just sounds super Invasive and like s lot of things could go wrong IMO your profile is great it just needs to settle on the left side and align a bit more

PLEASE, I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS:
I want to know if I am doing this right: (correct swallowing)
First, I want to let you know that I do this without having any air inside of my mouth.
    1) The first thing that I do is that I back down my tongue a little bit, to this spot: imgur.com/a/8YzvgjC
    2) I put the tip of my tongue down to gather the saliva
    3) I swallow
    My problem:
-When I swallow that way, I feel like my lips are being sucked/attracted backwards, I feel the same about my teeths too. I feel like they are both being attracted and sucked backwards.
Also a weird thing is that the "floor" of my mouth gets attracted upwards when I swallow.
=> Here, a picture that would help you to understand what I mean: imgur.com/a/xEe3QtB
(The red colored area is the "floor of my mouth" that I am talking about, it goes upwards whenever I swallow, it actually sorta helps me to not get my tongue be in contact with my front teeths)

    • @darknight3050
      @darknight3050 4 роки тому

Since the palate is essentially your nasal floor, you should be able to breathe better because more space is created to breathe better through the nose. And since MSE separates the mid-palatal suture, your zygomatic bones (cheekbones) will be more projected and prominent. The shape of your nose will widen. Perhaps your visual acuity may improve, although no research can suggest any support for this data. Oh and a very wider smile.

needs better orbitals, his are way too open to create any exotic, "aesthetic" pair of eyes.
more forward growth in the RIGHT direction (upwards) and robustness would help in making the bones coming together closer from a frontal point (also increasing FWHR and midface becoming more compact) which would also make things narrower like specifically the eye area
he'd hugely benefit from a facial upswing, it's ridiculous, quite literally the AGGA would of helped and bring things to an end but his maxilla was at the wrong angle which is hard to fucking manuever.

so how do we actually do a proper upswing? I was under the impression that we need mew by pushing the tounge up and forward on 'the spot' behind the teeth, and create a suction with the back third. so we'd be pulling down on the back maxilla and bringing the front up and forward.....
I DID have a pretty good maxilla, but for whatever reason the cheekbones, midface and zygo have all just majorly recessed in 12 months, creatiing a very flat face with a narrow maxilla...
