I love this channel. Simple and great vids, cool guy (Mr. Morten) and spectacular sound and samples. Thank you!
Looks great. Sounds great! Bravo.
Not again man.....😭why you got to show me such things, addicting things, lush, sweet, mmmmmmm!, sounding things. Love them vids man I can’t wait to get me one of these someday. I have forever been in love with that sea foam green p Nash 63 you had a while ago. Stay up brotha and stay healthy.
I had one and I regret having to sell mine. 😭😭😭 it’s the first I plan to replace.
Where are you know?
Excellent tone .. but .. has the bass got a jazz bass-like neck?
Looks like it a lot. I tried a couple of Nash basses a while ago here in London and from what I can tell, you get the relic and vintage-specs electronics but they're not meant to be reissues at all: the 57-style P I tried had the anodysed scratchplate, dakota-style red finish and maple fingerboard but medium-jumbo (if not full-on jumbo) frets and an overwound Lollar, with a nice but rather fat sound. The J bass... I dunno, it wasn't the most resonant bass I've ever tried. It wasn't bad by any means, though.
I don't care that much about relic treatments, but the J was a bit too heavy handed, especially with that dark yellow coat they use. The one here in the video looks way neater IMO. Great feel though, but don't expect all the specs matching period-correct features.
These are expensive, tons of old used fender precision basses for sale online for half the price. Have nash prices gone up?
this bass using flatwound string or roundwound string ? nice sound ...
Roundwounds, you can tell by the string noise.
what amp??
