Not a lot of ppl talk about him but for me Hannes was such a good character to watch from him not having the courage to fight to fighting for revenge on Carla and protecting Eren. His death was really sad for me since I always thought he was like an uncle to Eren, Mikasa, and even Armin. Rest in peace beloved AOT characters
Hange's death hurt me almost physically, she was my fav, my comfort character since season one And Eren also... He sought for freedom but not for himself, his closest ones. He deserved so much better

I think Eren’s mother’s death was the most painful and impactful to watch Her saying - “Please don’t go” at the end moment destroyed me And it also triggered the whole Eren’s revenge story

Connie , Jean and sasha were like siblings or even more like lovers so when she died that made then really angry and sad also Jean and Marco broke my heart everyones death broke my heart
The deaths that get me are the ones that are unexpected and often unfair like Marco and Sasha but a death like hanges or berthodts doesn’t effect me as much since their story had somewhat of an ending. For Marco and Sasha they died with no knowledge of what was coming and it felt unfair but I guess that’s how death works

The freaking scouts that died on the castle tower Gelgar Lynne (The ones who died to Zekes boulder) And Nanaba (BRUTAL AF DEATH BTW) As well as Henning (who died anyway despite Nanaba trying to save him and just wanted a drink…) Then of course Mike who was the first to talk to Zeke in his beast form (Another brutal AF death) Oh yeah Levi’s squad Eld Oluo Gunther and of course Petra (best girl btw) And Levi’s friends from the underground… Furlan And Isabel 😭 Not to mention ALL THE SCOUTS who died trying to attack Annie and the ones on the front right flank that were wiped out when she attacked All the scouts who died rescuing Eren from Reiner and Bertholdt in season 2 with the titan suicide charge Hannes 😔 All the scout RECRUITS who died alongside Erwin and Marlo on the suicide charge to distract Zeke The three scouts that Levi took from Hanges squad that were killed immediately and unfairly by Kenny because they weren’t expecting to fight people with that equipment Moblit who saved Hange from the colossal titan by pushing her into the well YMIR who had a whole ass arc with Historia to better herself and then died OFF SCREEN BTW Porcco (the jaw titan) Who I should have hated because he killed Ymir but I couldn’t because of his brother and he gave his life for Falco….
