I have five GoPro cameras. The older ones work best but only 1080P. The newer ones with higher resolution overheat within just a few minutes and turn off, making them useless. Looks like I am not alone! Good video Captain Lee!

Thanks, G. I think I've got most of the issues worked out.

Is the issue with the go-pro related to some sort of over-heating? I had that with mine before. Decided to just remove the camera battery and use a good USB wall plug power source.

I've been running external power with no battery for over a year now. I updated the firmware and bought new giga stone high speed cards, which has helped. I've got over 600 days of shooting on these little cameras, and I think they're just tired and grumpy, like me...

@@fdxcustomrods haha yeah if you signed up for the GoPro care stuff I think it's time to consider throwing yours at the wall and get it replaced... I am thinking about stepping away from GoPro and go with another brand.
