Keep up the good work. Been following you channel for awhile since you are the only English tech channel in HK. I also decided to make a change for myself and my family in March too. Maybe it had something to do with the removing hk mask mandate. 25kg weight is insane. So far, I only manage to loose 10kg.
Thanks bro! I think the mask mandate removal was a HUGE thing for me in terms of morale and happiness, so it’s no surprise that my workout journey started just days after that! Keep at it bro! It’s not about how much you lose or how quickly, just keep at it and you will get there! Just keep swimming always! 😃
You should check out Airbikes for HIIT. For a point of reference in Canada the main 3 are Schwinn Airdyne, Rogue Echo and Assault. The harder you push, the harder they push back. They save the joints as they are non-impact, easy to use, torch calories and they always win. I've had for one years and so do several friends. They have a small footprint and are great for a home or apartment.

Thanks! Lots of determination, eating clean, and daily exercise including lifting weights and some HIIT will do it!

Hi Olli! No diet really, just focused on clean eating, so just reduced calorie deficit while I’ve increased my overall protein intake, trying to have around 120-150 grams of protein per day. But I have my cheat days (I ordered pizzas last night with my daughter 😅) and then I’ve just worked out everyday (weightlifting and HIIT) for six months without fail. That’ll do it I guess! 😅

I don’t have any loose skin! Luckily I never got so overweight that my skin didn’t stretch at all.
