IMO, Mastery of Nature goes directly against what your empire stands for. It presents nature as an obstacle to be conquered rather than a force to be loved and worshipped.
Naming the slave world "Redemption" seems quite good actually. The relic world then should be named "Revenge". This is what you seek by researching ancient debris on the dead god of war - you seek revenge on whoever did this to the divine entity. Or on basically everyone who doesn't treat their worlds well, 'cause those who turned that planet into an arcology are already extinct, if I remember it correctly.
As a comment on the gene clinics and clone facilities. They are only a wasted slot when you start to become overcrowded. They are great for first/second/third slots as they just increase the growth of pops. They can be readily replaced once you have a full complement of buildings. Little bit of minerals at the start of a colony means the colony gets so much bigger, so much faster and especially with a slow breeding species like the one you're playing, this is massive.
The Aphrodisiac world is obviously a Goddess of Love and Lust, as weird of a concept that is for a Lithoid. More Aphrodite than Slaanesh though, judging by the neat little zoo valley.
You can get the dragons by putting a science ship in the system with it and u get a popup that grants you a special project to tame it (you can do it with every neutral dragon that is not already tamed)
I feel mastery of nature almost feels wrong for this empire and it reads as if it is about bending and shaping the planets to your requirements, wheras your empire seems to be more about living symbiotically with the planet and not changing anything about the planet
I feel the planet killer weapons that just kill/convert the population of the planet but leave the planet intact would be incredibly fitting for your Empire and should totally be a goal.
I just had my first big war in stellaris, it started a few weeks ago I ran away scarred because it was a fallen empire, I had a plan and they came into my empire through a backdoor I thought was scurely in the territory of a friendly empire I never bothered buildingup defenses there and now I ha a powerfull fallen empire fleet behind the lines. a few days ago I got the courage of a man with nothing to lose and set out to fight to the death. I had forgotten wuite a bit about what was going on back then and uddenly I got a pop-up do you wish to continue to play as the Cat sovernty or as the DAAR collective, I didn't really think about it and went with the robot because robots are cool and my slave building gene manipulating world detroying empire wasn't really doing what I had hoped it would do. Unbeknownst to me at the time thiss option apparently doessn't give you more then just a few systems and a fairly powerful fleet, it returned my ethics to none, my rechearch got reset and now I was in a war with the empire I was just playing as. This once again made me run like my sister, I love stellaris for crap like this but i dont have the backbone of knowledge to win every time nor the mental fortitude to risk losing without questioning why i don't just give up.

You are a machine intelligence and you choose between the robots who kill everyone, take everyone as a trophy and then my favorite assimilating everyone! For the S.N.D.Es traits are Mass-Produced, Repurposed Hardware, Bulky, Durable, Uncanny, Recycled. For P.C.Es traits Emotion Emulators, Luxurious, High Maintenance, Efficient Processors. For C.I.Ms traits Enhanced Memory, Custom-Made, Learning Algorithms. These are the traits i want you to use. But if i misunderstood something and these traits are too little or too much add traits that go with the theme for each faction. Now on the government civics, for S.N.D.Es civics Determined Exterminator, Warbots. For P.C.Es civics traits Zero-Waste Protocols, Rogue Servitor. C.I.Ms civics traits Driven Assimilator, Unitary Cohesion. Now that everything is done with that rules. You must play into the theme or give a valid reason why a different course of action is taken. You must add the other 2 factions into the game AND defeat them. You must use a tome world and use the fox portrait for the assimilators. You must be the strongest empire and defeat the crisis end game inorder for the victory to count. You can change how each faction acts if its within of rule number 1. You can use mods to improve or make the game look nicer. It was reversed-engineered from the crashed ships warp drive and weaponized. When the bomb was set off by an unknown source the planet experienced a warp-singularity fracturing the planets timeline into the 3 factions of robots sending them into a new universe and different parts of their new galaxy.
All you have to do to get the L-Drake is send a science ship in to the system with the L-Drake. Then you research a project to communicate with the Drake and then it’s yours.
In the next 2h playtrough, you should combine the one planet challange with the megastructures mod. Star in one planet and then you must build only megastructures, and select the ascension perks which will help you with the construction of those megastructures The last time you have used this mod, you did not explored all of it. But of course, if you want to do so
Omg you are soo good in this game but you don't know that you can just grap those dragons with a research ship🤦♂️. They are really useful this early. And they get stronger with time

I would say that once you get mastery of nature, you can then remove blockers as you have found a way to make room without harming the planet.

Lathrix, one thing I am pretty sure you have never done is build a machine world, so in you next play through, you should probably do that.
