ASMR for people with SHORT ATTENTION SPAN (7 seconds)

- I've read a lot of comments on my previous video for people with SAS saying that 7 seconds would be better than 8 seconds. Here you go. We are going down one second at a time. If 6 seconds is your time, you can also check with 100 triggers in 10 minutes videos as most of them have triggers 6 seconds long or less :D

For me I’ve always loved ASMR but I always end up skipping around on longer videos just to see what the different triggers are. It’s gotten to the point where I rewatch the same handful of short ASMR videos. But this video was perfect for me with the super short triggers so thank you!

Thank you! Even though the way I look in videos doesn't necessarily represent my actual state of mind (as sometimes I concentrate on sounds more and people think I'm "sad", haha), I think you are right. I would say that I'm happier since last August, the month we moved to a country I wanted to live. I can walk in the mountains almost everyday, train outside as there are "bars" everywhere and have been studying a lot again since coming here. Everything to be happy :)

This works surprisingly well! I think the constant shifting of sounds, blended in with the short soft-spoken sentences and the anticipation of the next object, really creates a powerful effect - for me, at least. Thanks as always for your hard work, Pierre!
you should experiment a bit with visual triggers, you just reminded me with the pink cat toy and made me realize that you usually don’t do them much!

I don't have ADHD but I love these videos .My brother and I have do have a friend with ADHD .He struggles with his ADHD but always trys not to let it get in his way and is the best friend me and my brother could ever ask for.

I would honestly love these kind of videos if you edited out the transition of triggers making it seem a little faster pace. For example 2:13 to then instantly 2:21. Making me not lose attention when waiting on the next trigger. Or like listening to 15:04 to then instantly 15:16
id suggest trying ppomo asmr and her 100-500 trigger videos they are back to back triggers of 5-10 seconds and amazing quality!!!
