This is probably the first adhd asmr I've ever liked. Usually the person acts like they think adhd means you are dumb, or aggressively snap their fingers and tell you to pay attention. In typical adhd fashion, I don't want to do anything someone orders me to do. You're killing it as always.

I don't have diagnosed ADHD, but I do have a difficulty focusing. So sometimes I zone-out, and sometimes for some odd reason people will snap in my face or clap which I HATE! Its so aggressive, its like waking someone from a nap by pouring water on them.

I never click on the asmr videos that say it’s for ADHD because they are always very very aggressive and overstimulating, meanwhile this is perfect asmr for adhd because it’s balance between knowing how to catch my attention again with tingles but also doing things soft and slow and one times a little fast it isn’t aggressive at all and feels like a warm hug, plus how much the triggers last and how random they are it’s perfect cuz in my mind it makes sense and it’s really sweet to find a video like this.

  • @yarnforbrains

AUDhd here. Visual triggers while your face and voice are off screen/out of focus are perfect. Like some other commenters, the chaotic energy of most ADHD vids are overstimulating. The change in cadence and mix of soft spoken/whisper hit the sensory stim without overwhelming each other. Your big balls sent me straight into Tingleland. Not a sound we hear a lot, but I friggin loved it. I could go on and on about why I loved this video, but it can all be summed up by this: whatever you're doing, you keep your cadence consistent and that's what makes it great.

This is really good. It’s unpredictable but structured and not too fast like others where it becomes stressful almost to watch

PLEASE do a longer one as for someone with adhd it takes a lot longer than 12 mins to fall asleep😆but you got this down PERFECTLY. don’t like all that aggressive stuff the typical “adhd asmr” like no we want to calm our brains down not keep it awake with all the activity it provides. But this, this is perfect. Thank You❤

Tbh this is the best ADHD asmr video I’ve ever seen, those super aggressive and fast videos hell no to much for me. Would love to see more like this!

Best asmr adhd video, actually understands adhd 😭 and doesn’t aggressively snap or clap to get my attention.

As a person with ADHD this is the first video "flr ADHD" that actually held me focused on the video and not other things. I wasn't bored at all. Really amazing

i dont have adhd but this vid is a lot better than typical adhd vids. instead of demanding the viewer to adapt to the asmrtists environment, he adapts his environment to the viewers even if it is a scripted video. really amazing job, definitely gonna be watching this one again

As some one with adhd. It always entertains me to watch how people act that say they“have” adhd compared to people who actually have it

This is the first adhd asmr video that isnt overstimulating or just someone yelling focus infront of a camera

  • @jennyblep

I don't have it diagnosed but I do check boxes when it comes to not being able to concentrate on something and getting bored quickly, just like with asmr and this is just pure masterpiece! it keeps me actually focused and being eager to know what's about to come!
ngl I usually close asmr vids after few minutes even if it's fast or aggressive which is fine with me but it just doesn't stimulate me enough ig 🤠

i really appreciate it when "adhd asmr" isn't just people whispering yelling at me to focus or whatever. this video is so nice since it's not demeaning, infantilizing, or just generally annoying. it's just great, relaxing, and tingly. thank you for this amazing video!
