- Tingles guaranteed? 100% tingles? I don't know. It depends on you. But from what I have read in the comments of my recent videos, a lot of people who had some kind of tingles immunity or some other who didn't have tingles for years got tingles from my video. So you may try it. And if you don't get any tingles, let me assure you that this video is going to put you to sleep. Why? Because it was quite hard to stay awake when I reached the 13 minutes mark when I edited this. So my guess is that you are going to feel super sleepy from the 10 minutes mark and then fall asleep slowly to reach deep sleep near the end of the video. Am I over confident? Let me know when you wake up tomorrow! :)

This is my first comment on any ASMR video. You’re a legend. Honestly I’ve had to take several sleep medicines over my life and I can honestly say your videos work faster and I feel rested compared to still overly tired waking up on medications. I hope you see this comment and anyone else that wonders if asmr works.
Maybe consiser cutting those pills in half if ur still waking up tired from them.
I agree with you, ASMR has helped me a lot with my sleep schedule (I don't think this was the word I was looking for but I hope you get the ideia). I'm also on medications and the advice of the person above really is somewhat helpful, taking half or one quarter of the pill until you body gets used to it and let it be as effective as a full pill (I'm really not used to these terms) is a good way to get rid of the excessive tiredness when you wake up from meds. I also I'm trying count the amount of hours I sleep in 90 minutes cicles, the RAM Sleep if I remember it correctly, and these strategies are helping a lot. I gotta say I've never been able to sleep as well as I am doing right now.
