Me: *has a bad day filled with exams, is really unhappy*
UA-cam: Nicolle's dreams uploaded a video
Me:*instantly feels better*
Awwwww
Anniken Arcadia same
Nicolle's Dreams thank you so much! ❤
Anniken Arcadia. hello
Nicolle's Dreams are you going to do the repaint of the centaur you bought?
i love your videos!!!
Never in my life am I ever going to create a doll as beautiful as Nicolle's. I watch these videos because they just give me happiness!
I really like your eye-making tutorials.
Different eye-styles and colours can completely change the look of a doll, so it's good to know how to make them.
Your videos,no matter the content are absolutely amazing! Calming, and your dolls are 😍
AHHHH I'M SO EXCITED! Decided to start giving doll repaints a go, and while I'm waiting for my Mr.Super Clear to arrive (because it's gonna take till DECEMBER to get here ugh) I'm going to experiment with making the eyes. Just ordered a mold, UV resins, a UV lamp, and some cute glitter n stuff to put inside. I can't wait till it all gets here!!
*Dies from the cuteness of your voice* I've been here for a while, but i still love your voice
actually uv lighting eyes another way than oven baking ima give this a shot, been searching how to tiny eyes for upcoming stop motion animations, Thank you Nicolle's Dreams.
Andreja please can you tell me where your eye mold is from?
I think she made her own, judging from the fact she has a video on how to make a mold on her channel.
Nicola Keegan sproutydoll sent it to her
You can also get eye molds and other materials from Cubeco on Taobao. For an agent I recommend Bhiner, or Crystal Yi on Facebook.
Thank you! ;)
Also Etsy shop VelvetWay has great eye molds I've ordered before
I don't do these types of hobbies (remodeling dolls & etc.) But I find your videos very satisfying and interesting
I don't have BJD but I love watching your video 😚😚
your videos always make me happy ive been having a bad day at school being ignored but this made me feel better
There's a resin brand called Amazing Casting Resin, it hardens in about 5-10 minutes and is really opaque white. It's plastic feeling and comes in decent sized bottles for the prices they offer. It doesn't yellow either. It's a simple 1:1 ratio
Hmm ive not tried making UV eye bases before, i usually make mine with white polymer clay and not had any problems. i do like the idea of a mould and resin though, sounds allot quicker than my method
Just realized how much I love your accent
I'm going to order these materials to try out. Thank you for all these wonderful tips!
Excellent video 💕🌿💯
Как это красиво!!!
I can't help but wonder if you've ever used clear resin instead of the Lisa Pavel. You could actually use it for both the base (with your pigment added) and the iris without it. :) Might be worth a shot especially if it can save you some money.
You are like the Wise Queen Of Doll Customs❤🦄👑😍
I love your videos! !
I freakin love ur videos andreja they'e so relaxing!!! i was just wondering if u could use this type of resin to cast a hole body or is there another type of resin for that??
That is a good question and honestly I do not know since I never made a doll myself. There may be a limit as to how large and thick an object can be, before the UV light does not manage to travel all the way through to make the uv resin properly set and harden. It is very important that the mould is transparent otherwise the UV light wont reach every angle of the object.
maybe if u use the type of resin where u add a hardner u wouldn't have to use the UV light machine, but i dont know if thats the same kind of resin that ppl use for casting, anyways thank u for answering my question ^o^ !!!
UV resin is only good for small projects. if you wanted to cast a whole body you;d have to use two-part epoxy resin
yeah thats what i was thinking
Ты молодец! у тебя очень классные видео, очень люблю их смотреть )
Is there a way to get a mold like that?
Beautiful eyes ❤
I could listen to you talk for hours 😍
So close to 500k 😊😌
yasssss :D
I love your doll videos Nicolle!:)😍🤓
this is so quick compared to taking two parts, making sure they are of equal amount and stirring them until the bubbles disappear and then adding the color and stir more and then place it under UV or if you are using polymer to make for a certain amount of time.
I''ve heard the Lisa Pavelka resin is not the best and is really expensive. UV resin is amazing!! I make some crafts with it as well and it is so much fun. I'm glad you found a new way to make your eyes, they look stunning!!!
+Nicole Clements I love Lisa Pavelka *0* not sure why others dont like it, it does its job perfectly. And thank you for the compliment:)
I'm not sure either. People who have purchased it are probably not following the instructions. I will have to try it for myself and see! You are welcome :D Thank you for replying!
Thanks for sharing!Have a blessed day!
You are so inspiring! Everything you do is always beautiful!
That is so kind of you Jenn, thank you!
Can I fill the iris with varnish or transparent liquid polymer clay?
Hi Nicole I got bit confused that do you think is the Best to Buy 1/4 or 1/3 or minifee thank you.
Where do get this mold. I will pay for one.
Great video. I am confused.. Which color I should buy under uv resin link? (White or clear?) Where can i buy uv resin you used ? Help;(
Thank you Andrea..love to know this one specially just started making my own eyes for my Minifee😊

The eye mold is interesting, where I can buy it?
Subscribed , this channel is amazing 😍😍

как же красивооо
Grettelin нали
Could you paint the translucent ones and try them on dolls? I think they would look quite interesting!!
thank you so much for this video, It will solve lots of problems for me
What shimmer paints did you used?
очень красивые💖
Can you use a LED lamp with the UV resin? Or will it have to be a UV lamp?
I have a doubt, are compatible the clothes of a bjd 1/6 with a mh?
I think the peachy tone is good, only because real eye whites, aren't super white.
wow, it looks so cool o.o / I have a little question...do I have to use magic gloss for the eyeris? or can it be, for examle, just epoxy resin?
da music tho i love it love ur channel
I am designing a doll,this is useful but I have a question.
where did you get the mold?
Where do you get your coloring pencils for the dolls?(PLEASE COMMENT BACK).
where did you buy the UV light?

Where did you get your eye mold?
where you can buy this mold for eyes?
This is so helpful thank you!
You are very welcome! :D
Круто!
I like the translucent ones
Hallo c: I'm still working on getting all the materials I need for doll customizing and plan on following a bunch of your tutorials but I was wondering where you got your eye mold from (: I know you made one before but this one is different. Did you make this one as well?? Amazing tutorials and videos by the way! You make such incredible dolls!
I was wondering if you could use clear instead of white resin? And just make glass eyes for stuffed animals? I was making a galaxy cat, and her eyes were just a galaxy. I was hoping to find just a tutorial for that.
Thanks great tutorial.
Does anyone know if these can withstand baking? I want to use them in a clay sculpt...so they would be in the sculpt while it baked in the oven. 😭 I really
Want to be able to make my own eyes to use in clay sculptures.
For what you have a beautyful voice
Do you have a link to that mold you are using for the eyes? Please and thank you!!
+Maily Fiona sorry this was a gift by the maker and was never available for purchase. But I do show how to make your own mould, it is one of the episodes of this series.
yknow the pavalka or w/e is also a UV resin! it's just not marketed that way because the layman doesn't know what "resin" is but sure do understand the concept of gloss! it's a copout haha! you could've saved money and time by just adding the white pigment to the UV resin you already had!
Yes, the packaging says clearly that Lisa Pavelka is UV resin. I know that I could have added the pigment directly to that one, but I also like trying different brands and products. It is good to test different options and learn about alternatives, especially when Lisa Pavelka is so expensive and more difficult to find.
ah, i thought the pavelka mightve been the cheaper option! ive never seen it haha but based on how many people were using it i thought it was the one thing in the shops. the best place for a cheap resin is if you have DAISO in your country, they;re like $2 for a little 5g bottle! my favourite UV resin is definitely sophie + toffee's resin though. i hope you found a brand you like!
Omg i cant believe u answered me i love ur videos and i understand u must have a tight scedual
Hey Andreja! If you happen to have a free while, could you please make an updated video on removing face-ups from differently colored resin? I have both white and tan dolls currently shipped to me and I'm not sure if the method of removing their face-ups if I don't do a good enough job should be the same like in your old video (acetone-free nailpolish remover) or perhaps a specific one. Thanks in advance!
cried doll tip do not get a colored remover it can and will stain your doll but faceup removal is the same on all resin cept if it was dyed then you have another issue entirely
Andrea, can you recommend a clear silicone for mold making?
I've only ever used translucent silicone from Barnes, so that is the only one I can recommend :) It is an Australian brand.
if she hearts and pins this comment i would literally freak out.BTW I am early and not subscribed but I am definitely subbing cause of already seen you channel
From wich country do you come from?
Slovakia, I think.
Australia
Have you ever customized obitsu dolls?
I don't know too much about them, but I think that body and heads are sold separately. I'm interested in them as they're usually cheaper than other dolls, and they seem to have an acceptable quality....
Yes, I even have a Faceup Stories about repainting one :D
Oooh, thanks, I'll look for them :)
Thank you
интересно, откуда такие формочки для глаз
Where did you get that mold from please?
A dear friend made it for me :)
Haha, just the other day I was reading about how OOAK doll artists started using UV nail gel ( not the paint, but the gel for false nail sculpting ) for eyes, and since it comes in 'white', 'natural clear' and 'crystal clear' and can be baked at the temperature polymer clay needs to be baked at, it was becoming a favorite among the doll clayers. I'd like to try it but the UV lamps are way too expensive for me.
where have you been looking for UV lamps? I got mine for $15 on ebay, which is cheaper than the actual material to make the eyes haha I just checked again and there are even cheaper options out there (like $5)
Ebay. I don't really interact with other people in the nail and/or polymer claying community so I haven't really asked who has what. I'm kind of a quality freak too so I wasn't sure if I should even bother with the cheaper ones.
I love everything you do and I would like you to Put sustitutes in spanish 😊😊😍😍😘😘please
Idk if anyone will see this but
How do you stick the eyes onto your doll head?
Because I've seen people stuck it with clay and be able to position it after.
I'm confused.
+Daniel's Ahjumma Lip Tint I made a video all about that :) it is in my Back to Basics series
Nicolle's Dreams Ah thank you for replying! I'm new to your channel and I'm loving it :)
the first link ''uv resing'' doesnt work :(((
My daughter has a ton of Monster High dolls she no longer wants, would you be interested in them for repaints Andrea?
Stacy K I'm surprised Andreja didn't reply.
the thought of tons of monster high dolls sounds amazing as a doll lover and a photo taker is amazing.
Can i use normal resin???
Fatpigxebottom 2003 You absolutely could use regular resin, just as long as you use a cast release spray if you have a silicone mold (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE REGULAR RESIN WITH SILICONE WITHOUT IT LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES), and obviously you won't have to use the UV lamp. The only thing I'm not sure of is whether or not you would still have the original issue of yellowing under UV for the clear coat.
Any resin that doesn't need a uv lamp?
Yes, regular two part resin.
Omgggggg early and love the video!!
I am happy that you liked it :D Thanks for watching!
cute. ♡

i have an idea. How about you make your own faces to one of your doll? and customize it just like you?

Por qué no pones subtítulos en españoool 😩😩😭😭😭😭
I just got the chance to listen to Joakim Karud, the opening song artist. Figures that she'd use a song called Dreams
