@@Toonpish Thank you for your response to my posts so fast when i know you must be a busy women. I did and you have just opened my (to coin a phrase) 👀👀 lol. My friend loves dragon figures and I want to try and make one for her, so I will try and make them eyes now in the near future. Still quite new to all this and getting more wrongs than right, but I will master it. Just a quick thought though can I ask, why you spray the alcohol on your pieces and do you do it before you pour as well as on top. Iv tried that and it just created cravats on top for me and my resin is either curing so fast or bendy and not hard. Im using Just Resin . If you have a questions & answers channel I haven't found it yet, so sorry for asking here if you have. xxx
Don’t worry about asking questions that’s how we learn. I don’t know the brand you mentioned. But the alcohol is the way I release the bubbles. Sometimes I do spray before but that isn’t 100% important. It sounds like you are getting pitted surface because you are using too much. Try and find an extra fine spray and don’t keep using it too much as it’s curing. I hope this helps 😀💜
@@Toonpish Hi Wendy thanks for your reply. It is 99.9% pure Isopropyl Alcohol cleaning fluid one. There is no name for it just 2 D's on the bottle back to back. I have also got an all purpose rubbing alcohol called British Basics all purpose, but I haven't tried that one yet. I have only sprayed the mold before I pour, then the craft at the end once and left it. If you could recommend the right one for me that would be fab. Re:- A spray though, aren't they all just a stranded spray nozzle on most bottles? The only fine, fine spry iv got is on my water hose ☔ 😂😂 and I dont think that, that would go/fit onto a bottle 🤔🤔 😆😆

Thanks so much Sheryl ☺️. I did a video a few weeks back about colouring moulds. It shows at the end how to clean up the eyes 👁️. 👍😃 Have a look. It's quite easy really 👍😃
These are the micro brushes I use. They are not silicone but resin doesn't stick to them. You can remove the heads and they are sticks. Hope that helps 😃👍
You sent me a big one of these, years ago! It's currently in with my miniatures, waiting for its moment! Thanks for the tutorial! xx
Lol. I didn't remember that 🤣😂, that is so cool 😄👍 thanks Val😘
The hand painted ones look awesome, think wifey might say something if I ask to play with her nail varnish Wendy🤣🤣

@@Toonpish I ended up sculpting a few faces (that I'll try and make moulds of later) as most of my nailpolishes had dried up and I'm out of acetone...

Vert cool.. yes its very useful. Thank you for your time. Hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙 Do you put eyes in first?? What keeps the colored resin off the eye.

@@Toonpish I feel stupid. I did not remember that bit was in that video. And I watched it. Oh well thanks Wendy. I get it now. Great eyes.
Np honey. Don't feel stupid, I do the same thing all the time 😉👍☺️
These are amazing!
Thank you so much 😀😀💜
Where do you get the moulds for the cat, dragon etc? I'm in the USA and am in love with the set of 4 you did.
I got the mould from AliExpress years ago. Sadly I’ve just checked and can’t find it available 😔😔
Goood eyes 👍👍👍
Thanks Ben 🙂👍😊
How do u get the cabochon eyes to stay in mold in place? Mine tend to lift up out of place
They are glass and stay put. Resin eyes will move. I hope that helps 😀💜👍
Could you do the second type with acrylic or alcohol markers?
Yes, resin picks up those too 😀👍
Hi Wendy, just a quick question- where did you get that micro silicone stick? Cheers my dear x
www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B084RRF11T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_W5ACSBJ6AH0W83QS52KZ
These are the micro brushes I use. They are not silicone but resin doesn't stick to them. You can remove the heads and they are sticks. Hope that helps 😃👍
@@Toonpish Ordered 😁
Have fun 😀
Incredible 😮❤x
Thank you 😀❤️
You made this look so easy!! I'm sure I can do this too ( 😂😂) not! They look 👏 👏 and p.s. drangons are real, ask my MIL 😊
You can do it! 😀😀😀 and Dragons ARE real 😀😀💜💙
How do you attached the eyes to the head pls tell me🥺
They are glass so they sit in the mould before you pour the resin in 😀
Hope that helps 😀👍❤️
Where do you get the image of the eyes from?
I downloaded images from google. Search free downloadable images 😀💜
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
❤️❤️
Hello i was wondering how to insert the eye on a turtle please
What turtle are you referring to?
The mould has to have the right part on it to take an eye cabochon.
Does that help? Hope so 💜
@@Toonpish a mould
@@gena2pretty4u97 yes but there are many turtle moulds. I have yet to see one with eye sockets though 🤔
Wendy ! Wash your mouth out. Dragons aren’t real ! For shame, just because you haven’t seen one doesn’t mean they are not real 😂
😂😂😂 well quite 😳😂
