    నా మనమళ్లు కూడా డాక్టర్లే. కానీ, వారికి ఇట్టి వాస్తవం జ్ఞానం మృగ్యం. పైగా ఊబకాయులు కూడా. నేను 3 సం.లుగా 16/8, 28/6 రోజువారీ ఉపవాసం(ఇంటర్మిటెంట్ ఫాస్టింగ్) చేసి ప్రయోజనాలు పొందుతున్నప్పటికీ, వారు చదవరు, ఆచరించరు. ఆలోచించరు. ఆరోగ్యం రీత్యా నష్టపోతున్నారు.

      Instead of breakfast should be taken babberlu, pallilu, shanigalu night nanapetti mnrg udikinchali protein kosam, gatka lunch & dinner. If you eat rice further puta shouldn't eat any thing. Y because system abnormal kakunda normal kosam. Weekly 3 times fasting must okka puta only. 90 days gatka use cheste ika no bp no sugar. After 90 days day by day rice use chesi next puta fasting.       eat complete meal in the morning and wait until next meal as long as possible( if there is no urge or appetite). next meal should be your dinner at 6pm. try to avoid all processed foods and oil fries and snacks. instead, go with salads and vegetable juices.

    Dr. Yohshinori Ohsumi , was awarded Nobale Prize for scientifically proving the benefits of intermittent fasting (;Autophagy ] 4 years back...
    If everyone follows Autophagy, 50 % to 60 % hospitals, Pharmacy companies shall be closed.
    But these powerful lobbies won't allow the concept of Autophagy to get popularized..
    Doctors like , Ravi Kongara and Dr. Subbayya garu won't mention the about the person who discovered Autophagy ..

      Butter milk has calories. Idea is not to take any calories during the fasting period. If you want, you can consider black tea/ coffee without sugar.

    Sir, I work in irregular shifts as a train Driver. 24/7 any time I should be in a position to answer the train. However I get the minimum rest and weekly 3days off. Can I follow your instructions. My question is my body is conditioned to take food whenever it is hungry. So now can I break that rhythm and follow your pattern. Please advice me . Namaste.

    ఒకప్పుడు బ్రాహ్మణుల ఇళ్ళలో ఇదే పధ్ధతి ఉండేది. దీనికి కారణం వారి ఆచార వ్యవహారాలే. చదువుకున్న మేము బ్రేక్ ఫాస్ట్ చేయక పోవడం చాల ప్రమాదం అని పెద్దలతో వాదించేవారము. కానీ వారు పూజ మరియు వండినవి అన్నీ మహా నైవేద్యం పెట్టేవరకూ ఏమీ ముట్టేవారు కాదు. అంటే ఉదయం నుండి ఒంటి గంట వరకు ఏమీ తినేవారు కాదు. ఇప్పటికీ చాలామంది పెద్దవారు అదే అనుసరిస్తున్నారు. అలాంటి వారంతా ఇప్పుడు 70-80లలో ఉన్నారు చాలా ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉన్నారు. మా అమ్మ,అత్త గారి వయసు కూడా 80 ఈ నాటి వరకూ ఏరోజూ నీరసంగా ఉందనో మరొకటో అనరు అన్ని పనులూ చేస్తారు.
