Beautiful video of my childhood town. I grew up on forth street with the view of the sea. I haven't been back since we moved to Canada but this really stirred up something for me to go back. Thank you

Another Gem David. You are so right, have spoken to a lot of independent business folk who are being inventive in keeping things going forward. They are almost all of the same mind set ads yourself. Keep going, keep being inventive and trust your instincts. I would love to see 2022 become the bounce back year. If everyone keeps optimistic and positive we can make it happen. And yes Steampunk is the best coffee in North Berwick☕️👍 keep safe, well and happy. A happy Xmas and new year to all.
Thanks so much Clive, it has been a tough one, but we have no choice but to be positive and optimistic. There have been moments of despair, but we will all bounce back and I've lived long enough to know that everything does pass. Despite the current restrictions I still believe 2022 will be a good year and I think there'll be an artistic and cultural explosion as people enjoy the freedom of living normally again. I so wanted to visit Scotland to see Edinborough, since my grandfather emigrated from there to US in early 20th century. Hi Dee, thanks so much for your really kind words, I deeply appreciate it and I'm so sorry to hear you're poorly just now. It's amazing just how many people can trace their ancestry back to Scotland and I always love to hear how people have traced back their family tree to specific towns and villages. I'm so glad you're enjoying the videos. When I started the channel, just before Covid, I never expected not to be able to travel so freely around Scotland, but I hope that I can change that in 2022 and show more of Scotland. I've visited North Berwick many times for business and pleasure but I saw more of the town and surroundings in this video than in all of those visits combined - and so beautifully presented. Thank you David!

One of my ambitions is to make music videos and I hope next year that I might be able to make that come true. The singer is a very talented lady called Jessie Villa.
