Golden rule in Fallout 76, always drip out the fresh spawns… hell my first time leaving the vault, I was gifted immediately with plans, stimpacks, and an Imposter Sheepsquatch helmet… Now I do the same.

@@stevekazavchinski6658 yeah it’s… kinda both. The entire game can be enjoyed solo, with friends, or with randos in the world. You get xp boosts for teaming up. I’ve been mostly questing solo but I know there are some events/dungeons/raid type things that are better w people. I just haven’t gotten that far yet. I would say dive into 76 and if you wanna revisit 4, wait til after the free update drops at the end of this month. Either way, neither game is going anywhere so there’s no wrong answer!
Slept on this game for awhile, didn’t realize i needed a casual mmo lite game. I mainly play solo and randomly run into others. I just started so there’s so much to look into.

Claiming the outposts as a new player is good, its gives you exp and a random plan aswell as a free fast travel to the area, I've got in the habit of doing when I login every day.
I just did the modifications that unlock the frame rate for my pc and it’s a MILLION times better! Gorgeous smooth game and gameplay so far! I have no idea what I’m doing though so here I am lol

I seriously don't understand why I keep hearing about turning on pacifist mode. This is one of the nicest online game communities I've ever seen. I've played off and on for like a year or so (watching this vid cuz I'm rusty and need a reminder), didn't even know about the pacifist setting until last week, and have literally never had an issue. Every single player just wants to give you stuff and be friendly
I played this game for one day last year, been thinking about returning. The one thing I remember was a random online player in power armour landed in front of me, dropped me a gun and some clothes and then flew away like iron man 😂
I don't either. Everyone just wants to help everybody (especially newer players) and enjoy the game. It's by far the best community I've seen for any game

I have played on PlayStation and Xbox and have never met someone that didn't just try to give me stuff and make my day. You are the first person ok of that has said something different from that

Pre order player here, stopped playing a few months after launch cuz of all the issues and now that all my friends are playing and the show is out I jumped back in, always has been one of the top tier community’s, players helping players out left and right. I have my camp set up near thunder mountain on an acid deposit near 2 lead camps you can spend some caps and claim while your online and use for lead collection, pump bullets and meds out like mad and sell them all 1-2 bucks a piece on my shop, makes me hella money and keeps my camp active with fresh faces.
Thank you for the tips, I was very anxious about playing FO76 when it first came out. Now that i’ve heard more positive reviews on it, i’ve been really wanting to play it with my partner and we are getting it soon!

I played when Fallout 76 first came out and it was genuinely so bad….just started playing again and I have been having such a great time! I can’t express enough just how much fun it is now.
I havent played since the first 6 months when it came out i keep hearing it has gotten insanely better. I always enjoyed it so if its really that much better i cant way to get back in
Some days you wanna just play as a raider and kill everything and steal peoples stuff and just do wrong. Then some days you give stuff to players and help them level up and become buddies. It’s the wasteland. Only game I’ve found fun even when I was grieved or killed by a trap at someone’s vending machine.
I want to go with like a cowboy gunslinger pistol user. I’m only level 4 though and ran into some level 30 crab things trying to do the main story quest and they chased me for a long ass way lol
I played back in beta and tried my best to like the game. Didn't make it far (level 10) before dropping the game for obvious reasons. Come back to it now and it feels so much better. Absolutely gagging for some power armour and either a energy rifleman or a gatling laser person
Funny enough I'm a huge Skyrim fan and have played it so many times. FINALLLY moved into Fallout 76. My husband has gotten back into too. Hes so excited ro see me trying. I'm learning hard ways😭😭

Once you reach lvl 20, go up the road from the wayward until you see two brotherhood soldiers. You can kill them for combat armor. Server hop (exit to main menu and join a new game) and repeat until you get a full set.
Here's a tip for new players: Sell Fusion Cells for 1 cap each _(people rarely spend more than 1 cap per round on anything in this game)_ if you don't want them. Players like myself will buy them by the thousands because we use the Tesla Rifle for farming XP. If you reach a point where you need Stable Flux or Mutation Serums, don't spend more than 300 caps on them at player vendors and especially NPC vendors. Also, after doing Radiation Rumble [Event], sell any Glowing Blood you loot to NPCs; it's good money. Same thing with Gulper Innards looted from Moonshine Jamboree; it's one of the best ways to make money easily in the game.
This video helps but I hope when I get the game and I actually vote in that I can type into a chat that I just want someone who is extremely experienced and not doing anything to teach me how to play the game if they want to😂 I do have a whole lot more then people think and it's actually helping me get better at video games. I do better when I'm watching someone while I'm also playing the game myself❤
my biggest thing is like ammo idk how to get ammo like when i started the game auto put me at level 20 with an ar but within 2 of the story missions im out and all i have is a shotty which is also out of ammo also i struggle with absolutely picking everything up cuz i dont know what i need and what to scrap for caps and mats i put my camp at the golf course cuz i figured its a nice area and flat enough ground
I've only just started FO76 and have been really impressed with how freaking nice everyone has been! There was a player near Vault 76, when I left, that literally gave me about 75 diluted stimpaks, and further down the hill on the way to the Wayward another one dropped a whole bunch of armour and basic pistols. Don't know who you were, but thank you for being kind to the Level 4 lady with the blue hair - I'll make sure to pay it forward when I can 💙
is there more to 76 than just trading, collecting with other players, getting past lvl 100 to be buffed up to be able to take on the more advanced quesrs events etc?, with mp games im more of solo player that can work with whatever is given to me. I'm down to team up though yet most people in these lobbies are at their camp idling plus i got the lone wandered perk thats been serving me well but ultimately i like to have something to work towards. but again it heavily pushes that collecting and even with quests it makes you walk across the map just to do one thing then go all the way back to do another. like 3 hours on a starter quest just traveling far distances

Long time fallout player, first few months on 76. First day logging on, random cool person gave me some great early gear and stimpaks. Now I'm building a community garden north of Morgantown airport with free water, coffee and other resources. Too fun not to pay it forward.
I just downloaded the game and made a toon but haven't left those 2 ladies yet, do you play with others want to take on a pupil, I'm down to shadow and learn...?
I was talking to an npc and hear another player call my name through vchat. He asked if I had a sniper rifle, because he wanted to take on some flying ships nearby. I was lvl 30 ish at the time. That started a whole series of adventures. We teamed up with 2 other randoms and about 5 hrs later I had 15 levels, a ton new gear and one hell of a good time with some people I will probably never meet again. Never have I had such a good time with random people online.
I’m confused I can build a camp but then if I move it it tears down everything it doesn’t just spawn the stuff back in the circle where I put it last I have to replace it all down soo am I supposed just pick one location for my camp an then build around that I’m like lvl 8 or 7 first time actually playing playing an idk if I like the camp I’m confused

Back in the beta it used to be that way, the game felt a lot more like a survival game and I agree, it killed an aspect of it.

Long time fallout player, first few months on 76. First day logging on, random cool person gave me some great early gear and stimpaks. Now I'm building a community garden north of Morgantown airport with free water, coffee and other resources. Too fun not to pay it forward.
Finally tried 76, my first interaction a dude gave me a power armor frame, complaints about the game itself are valid, but the players are phenomenal

I just downloaded the game and made a toon but haven't left those 2 ladies yet, do you play with others want to take on a pupil, I'm down to shadow and learn...?
Im new im level 13 new i try to focus with cards on ghoul style and try to get a lot same wapons to sell one of them to get caps.
Purified water easiest way to make caps. Not really any ghoul focused cards but ghoul characters are going to be a thing in 2025
I was talking to an npc and hear another player call my name through vchat. He asked if I had a sniper rifle, because he wanted to take on some flying ships nearby. I was lvl 30 ish at the time. That started a whole series of adventures. We teamed up with 2 other randoms and about 5 hrs later I had 15 levels, a ton new gear and one hell of a good time with some people I will probably never meet again.
Never have I had such a good time with random people online.
I’m confused I can build a camp but then if I move it it tears down everything it doesn’t just spawn the stuff back in the circle where I put it last I have to replace it all down soo am I supposed just pick one location for my camp an then build around that I’m like lvl 8 or 7 first time actually playing playing an idk if I like the camp I’m confused
Open your build menu, everything you built should be under the "stored" section
Ps5 here, devoted F4 player. Trying 76 1st time, appreciate the video, but my game screen does not say pacifist. I see, "main quests active when started"... so where or how to switch to pacifist pls?? Is it for First players ?

I have a problem in game. I keep looting any and all cigarettes. I just won't stop. Packs...cartons..all cigarettes must be looted and I can't stop

Some guy dropped me 80 stims and a fully upgraded pipe rifle lol. Named it “marksman’s gift” and I’ll keep it in my stash forever haha

Is fallout 76 on ps5 worth it? Like is there a big enough community to make the game feel like it’s not empty?
Yes, the servers are usually pretty full and according to many game mags, the "friendliest online community"

New player here, i play 3 hours, and make a lotnof mistakes.. and i delete the character and start brand new, and the items i got from game pass ultimate is gone too 😂😂 its really fun

Trust me everyone is really cool and friendly, some guy gave me 2,000 caps and specially made me a AK-47 with attachments. You’ll have fun once you get it.

So far finaly gave this a try for a week or so but it actually is a fun game, still got big issue bugs tho.
