We are a full on mood reading family. So we are all over the place. I’m reading Bonhoeffer by Eric Metaxas, probably going to pull some historical fiction off my TBR shelf too. Reading Soul Surfer out loud to the kids lately. This morning we read a favorite picture book we discovered at the library: Bring Me Some Apples and I’ll Make You a Pie.
I agree with finding books that have children that look like my girls! It has been amazing to be able to find so many lately. I'm adding some of these to my list for sure!
I am currently reading Rhythms of Renewal it has been such a great read. I have been reading it since January just taking my time marinating in each chapter and journal entry. It has been a great read.🥰

This month I'm reading the Lowly Veil book, Fevered Star (one of my most anticpated reads that just released!), and starting the Bridgerton series! With my daughter we are reading P.S. Be Eleven. We took a read-aloud break last month after only reading about a chapter of this one to read numerous picture books, so we will probably restart it from the beggining.
