My 114 with the zippers 468 cam chrome works exhaust S&S 55 mm intake that you tuned Dave is in line with the 121 I couldn’t be happier runs like a Ferrari more than enough power for me an old man went on a 400 mile ride last weekend average 50 miles a gallon Dave you are the best
Can u descripe the difference sound character from the zippers 468 to star 30 30? Noise and character???
Hi Dave🤗 interesting video😳 One thing I do no…The work you’ve done to my bike put a smile on my face thanks, Dave👍🏻🇺🇸
Glad you enjoyed the work!
Interesting stuff Dave, makes me happy to see the upgrades you did for me on my 18SGCVO, kicks those numbers butt😂
I was thinking the same thing.
Dave you are a master!! The work that you did thru out the years on my bikes was outstanding!!
Glad you enjoy your ride!
Interesting stuff
The extreme air filter is getting a great reputation for flowing big air.
Just wondering if you hooked up the wideband Harley Davison autotune do you think the numbers would be any better?
Knowing JD he’d probably figure out how to squeeze the Max out of it. I think you should give it a shot, lot of people would be curious. Most Dyno fanatics would realize it’s still an EPA configuration, but it’s got to be better than what you have currently presented us.
Thanks for sharing the video !
Thanks for sharing this!
My 117 low rider s with zippers 468, stock air cleaner, cobra slip ons was just dyno'd here in florida and we had similar problems with heat/ humidity. I basically came out with 105hp and 131tq.. I was thinking at least 5 more on each number. thanks for posting this.. makes me feel better!
Is yours a 2024? The new 117s have different heads than 2023 and below.
@@gnd111 No, its a 2022... I didn't realize they changed the heads in the softail 117's
@@marvelharris9540those new 117 heads are touring only
Great vid
I have the 117,468RS cam, SnS ported manifold, hpi 2-1, n tuned with se tuner😢. 117 hp- 136 hp. After warranty is up next year,I’m doing a power vision tune. Should see some better numbers
My 107 with zippers 468 cam, Rhinehart 2 in 1, Rhinehart inverted air filter as the same dyno results
should dunk in lover gear , the bike hit the limiter at 107 and was not even 5k RPM
Good info.
Glad you think so!
Hey Master Mechanic Dave, enjoy your videos,
just wondering, have you ever tuned a Harley
that has Dynojet's Target Tune system installed?
Why the drop off at 4800 rpm? Is it because of the speed limiter?
Yes on a stocker
What about pumping up the throttlebody manifold. Yes there’s probably zero tune for that but… Someday. that CVO is a VVT? That’ll make a difference in future 117s
auto tune it ,will correct it self, I upload thug one tune on mine than I run it few times in a auto tune and now the bike runs very good, plugs looks great to.
Autotune is a joke...proven daily on dynos
I think you’re right autotune may be a joke, but I think in this case it probably run better with the autotune then without it
be interesting to see how the wide band would work and clear up some of that messy graph. Moonshine did one with the 511 Cam in 2024 RG produced some good numbers on a Dyno
you would think the two into one D&D would perform better numbers 😮
@@ATGMotoring this bike should be at the minimum 120hp, believe me auto tune works well.
120hp sounds like min
I think you’re right
Wow, HD is really putting the screws to us
Probably the screaming Eagle cam there shite
Thanks Dave. Wish you could tune my bike, but your too far away. I’m in Florida.
Be worth the trip I had mine done by Dave fantastic results
Same here, I'm only 5 hours away but it was definitely worth the trip.
Something doesn’t seem right here 🤔
