Thank you SO much! We're so glad to hear you liked the video. I have to say there is another community at the top of my list now. It's called AMIRA - amiratexas.com/ It's a show stopper! We just helped a client buy a new home here, and we can't stop gushing. Give us a call any time, we'd love to help you with your relocation!
you all probably dont give a shit but does anyone know of a method to get back into an Instagram account? I somehow forgot the login password. I would appreciate any help you can give me!
@Maison Cayson i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
Why wasn’t Balmoral mentioned they gave beautiful1 Amenities with a Lagoon clear blue water very nice clubhouse beautiful design with the restaurant inside why wasn’t that mention
Don't get us wrong. We love Balmoral and actually just helped a client purchase a home here. I even ate at the restaurant you referred to. There are just so many communities. We couldn't feature them all. Thank you for the feedback.
Yes indeed! We were bummed that we couldn't cover everything in this video. That said, Bret is doing a dedicated video on Cross Creek Ranch specifically. He specializes in the Fort Bend County area. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to discuss CCR in more detail. Amber
@@HoustonLocalGuide Looking forward Bret’s CCR episode. FYI, Katy ISD invested a lot in new Jordan High School, the president and some teachers are from seven lake high.
Giovani, thanks for watching and for asking. Balmoral is a fantastic community with a great location. Unfortunately, we just couldn't cover everything in this one video. We've tossed around the idea of doing unique videos for Balmoral and other master planned communities. It definitely seems like there is interest. Are you inquiring about this location because you live there or are interested in moving here?
Thanks for asking! Funny enough, we just shot a video in Elyson. It's a great community! However, it all depends on what you're looking for specifically. Bridgeland is definitely bigger and more spread out with lots of amenities. Elyson is a bit closer to the city. Let us know if you'd like us to call either and get the latest on available inventory. Also, most builders require an appointment which we can schedule for you. Honestly, it may come down to just that....inventory. The market is super hot right now. We're happy to help!
Hi Jeff, we love Kingwood! In fact, right after we made this video, we visited Royal Brook. OMG....AMAZING! Also, this particular community is not in a flood zone which is a plus,
Fairfield is a wonderful community! Great location and great homes with access to a lot of the amenities. This is a booming area right now and nothing says this more than looking at the number of homes under contract on HAR right now. WOW! We have friends that live out here, and they love it. There are a lot of stellar master-planned communities in the Greater Houston area. We wish we could have featured them all in this video. If you'd like to discuss this area further or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'd love to chat with you. (832-641-3727)
I hope that Cypress /Bridgeland fixed its water catchment systems because I watched a video of all the flooding that happened during Hurricane Harvey. It was absolutely horrible and the town, homes and cars were under water.
Hurricane Harvey devastated many communities in the Greater Houston area. The Harris County Flood Control District is taking many strides to make improvements. This website is a great resource for additional information - www.hcfcd.org/
Flooding is a big concern in a lot of areas of Houston. We recently drove around Bridgeland. My main takeaway is that it's easy to get lost in the place. Too large of a neighborhood! Also not a fan of the farmland suburb developments, whether it's Cypress or Katy. Give me the trees of The Woodlands, Tomball, Conroe, Kingwood, etc.
@@HoustonLocalGuide makes sense! Look forward to watching some more. Do you work as a realtor if someone wants to purchase a home in one of the master plan communities too?
@@BehPoker Absolutely! We have relationships with all the builders and do quite a bit of homes sales in master planned communities. If you want to email us, we can send you a document that we produced that talks about why representation is SO important even with new construction.

I'm looking for a wife. Let's relocate to Africa though, we can build our own master-planned community and practice group economics.

Love sienna, but I've never seen a home start off in the 180s there, maybe before 2010. Everything now is high 200s
Thanks for watching! We're trying to steer away from pricing references going forward because the market has been so crazy. Appreciate you commenting.
