Brother depend on load balancing you should give one phase to lights then one phase to kitchen and one phase to bathroom lights and like that you can balance your load

For busbar calculation first you have to find your total load after that you can go for busbar calculation.
MCB we use for low rating application and Mccb we use for high rating application rccb we use as a protection device in distribution board and normally ACB we use where load greater than 1600A
