HI Joe & Gift Well glad to hear that you have arrived in Madrid and hope you have got over the long flight and had a good rest.
So you enjoyed your first day seeing lots of old building down those narrow streets then you come into the modern area and you turn into the sguare area and Gifts eyes light up when she saw a Starbucks.
Well you must have noticed now how Madrids weather has started to warm up now like the rest of the Mediterranean countries will do now give Spain another few weeks and it will be in the high 30'S.
That food looked lovely to so Joe did you manage to eat all that Tacos.

Joe & Gift: Thank you for always sharing your knowledge, experience and travel tips. Trying to catch up on all the videos since our family's R&R break last week. You guys look really tired even after getting 12 hours sleep. Don't forget to take advantage of "siesta" time over there. I like the overall "vibe" of all the countries you've visited so far. Visually appealing food dishes! Fortunately, the weather is cooperating again.
Hi Joe&Gift, good place to stop by and hang out for few nights I’ll say. We were there only for 2 nights then we moved along to Valencia…big city as well been here about 3 nights got 3 more to go then we will head out to Alicante for 6 nights. Have fun and enjoy!!

We would love to meet you both when we visit Thailand next year. You both are amazing couple! Gift looks happy all the time. You both love to travel so do we. Mainly we travel to Europe every other year since our retire 14 years ago. We used to live in northern Italy, Desenzano, Lake Garda from 1980 to 1983 when my husband was on active duty; stationed at Ghedi Air Base. I managed education program for City college of Chicago at Ghedi. We still have good Italian friends in Desenzano that we visited and rent their luxurious apartment. I am originally rom Ubon, Thailand. We’ve been married over 52 yrs and have two sons. We are much older than both of you. We’ll be in northern, Italy for one month next summer. We’ll be visiting Thailand in mid October next year through Jan 2026. We live in San Antonio, Texas. Enjoy the rest of your trip.

I loved to visit Spain in the past. I realised that they eat dinner very late.....
Some restaurants don’t open the kitchen until 20:30.
Enjoy Madrid guys, beautiful city, one thing I enjoyed is the free tapas many bars offer with drinks and the hop on hop off bus great way to see the city. Unfortunately your staying in the budget IBIS formally ITAP brand not quite as good as the usual IBIS rooms. Some great food in Mercado de San Miguel

Hi Gift and Joe, the heavens wept to see you leaving Vienna. I have fond memories of Madrid airport which is architecturally amazing. I spent nearly 4 hours there waiting for a delayed connection from London to Lima in Peru. The city looks quite interesting and I guess that you were filming on a Sunday which would account for the busy streets as traditionally in Spain, Sunday is a family day. If it was last Sunday it would have been Pentecost which judging by the little girl in the white party dress it was, this is a popular time for youngsters to receive their first Holy Communion. It is also a popular day for Baptism. Yes, I would agree, that large building is most likely the main railway station in Madrid. You can tell immediately from the architecture, which is similar to many European and British railway stations built around the same time. This was probably built in the mid to late 1800s I would say. Loved the food. It made me laugh that Gift had to blow on her food to eat it, as Thais are not used to eating hot food, and prefer it to be tepid or even almost cold! My wife is the same as Gift. The number of restaurant meals I have had to send back here in Thailand, because they are not hot enough, is beyond counting! You, Joe are like me and ate your lasagne without thinking about cooling it. 🙂 All the food looked amazing and that light chicken salad was so big that you couldn't see each other over it!! Enjoy the rest of your stay here in Spain and don't forget to try some tapas and other amazing Spanish food. God bless you and keep you safe. 😀❤🙏 P.S. Hello Gift and Joe! What a shame the Ibis Spartan room, I'm sorry for that. If you like art I recommend to visit the Museo del Prado, very impressive paintings from various international classic artists. Try the Spanish food as "Cocido Madrileño". Enjoy your visit and peeled eye on, mostly Romanian girls and boys too, pickpockets. ATB. Gabriel.

Spain is beautiful again the churches are magnificent..to bad about the few accommodations in your hotel room..enjoy the next few days as you walk about Madrid..can't stress enough about safety..I love how Thai GIrl Gift is out front of you so you can keep an eye out for her safety...she's soo energetic...Loves her Starbucks....be careful and thanks for another great video

That has to be the biggest Nachos serving I've ever seen. As you rightly said serving for 10 .. awesome. Definitely mot as ckean and fresh looking pkace as previous ones but sure is colourful. Bushyboy Oz.
