What levels to use for sound design. I don't want it to overwhelm my music or be low volume. It needs to be seamless but I add it by using headsets. And when I hear it on speakers the sound design is not audible. When I increase the volume, it's too loud and most times competing with my music.
How to fix this, what levels to use?

Good question! Unfortunately there’s no one-size fits all solution here (that I know of). I just try to find a good balance between how it sounds on speakers or headphones but when in doubt, I always stick with headphones because most people watch things while wearing headphones these days.

They have a version, but it’s pretty limited. I prefer this one because I think it’s smoother and “fancier” xD plus its free so why not
