Yes! I’m a rebel too… once a sansaveria always a sansaveria!!!!
🥰 your July plants.
Yes! Thank you!
Holy Ghost 😱🤩😍! Your plants are certainly loving your Florida patio💖💓. I received a Euphorbia ghost for my birthday in January. It arrived at 10 inches tall, rooted and wrapped in tissue paper. I planted her and put her next to my Euphorbia trigona Rubra. Ruby is a beast. Rubra came from Home Depot at about 6 inches tall. She is now almost 3 feet tall and full of pups. Ghost has done nothing.😢. What the heck!?!?
So glad that you are feeling better 🥰.
My ghost was slow to start also and then one year, it just took off. Good luck!
@@carmenwhitehead 💓💓💓
Hope your smile is feeling better. Love Atlas coffee. The euphorbia is stunnnnning!
I love their coffee too! Yes, thanks, my smile is feeling much better.
Long live Sansevierias!✊
Yes!!!
The alocasia is an alocasia Yucatán Princess
Thanks so much Natasha! I knew it was something different.
Your white ghost euphorbia is amazing, and the star fish I love, looking for one myself
I'm starting to see them in big box stores now. It use to be you only got them online.
Glad you are feeling better. Your plants are doing beautifully. I too use water conditioner for my plants, thanks to Sheffield made plants' viewer. My Dracaenas are no longer getting brown dry tips.
Love the pot your Partridge is in!!! Wow your patio plants look awesome!!! 🤗💚🌱💚🌱 I agree on the moisture meter, always use mine also! 👍😉 You reminded me, I used to water my houseplants in the 70's with my Aquarium water, omg the grew like crazy!!!
Yes, I used that also when my daughter would change out her aquarium water. Great fish poop in that water!
Hi there I don’t know what is going on but I can’t see your new videos…
Hi!....you sure have a nice variety of plants. Thanks for telling us all about them..very informative.🇨🇦
Thanks for watching!
They are beautiful and very happy 🌱👍
Enjoy The coffee ,nice variety !☕️
💚🌱☘️🌵💚
Yes, thank you!
Hi Carmen, Love the aloe partridge breast and ghost euphorbia. They sure love the Florida weather.
Yes, surprisingly they love the weather here.
Sansevieria, euphorbia & aloe...💚💚💚 Thanks for featuring some of my favorites.
No problem 😊
Hi Carmen, so happy to see you back and doing well!!The patio plants are looking great.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
When I do partial water changes on my fish tanks I save the water i've removed in buckets to use for my plants, any fish waste in them will go on help my plants thrive. So if anyone has fish tanks, reuse your water! But as you say using the dechlorinator certainly helps too if you're using tap water.
And yes with you on Sansaveria!
Yes, I did the same thing when my daughter did hers. At first she thought I was crazy, but that fish poop is great for the plants! LOL!
Miss your plant show
Carmen, as I re-watch this excellent video, I hope you are doing well. It seems a long time since I've heard your wonderful and soothing voice talk about your favorite succulents. Blessings and prayers. Sherry 🥰 🙏 💞
Thanks for listening and watching!
Wow Carmen, your succulents & cacti are really thriving! Thanks for sharing.
You're so welcome! Thank you for watching.
Where's Carmen?!
I'm happy you are feeling better!
Your patio plants are amazing. Your euphorbia is AMAZING!
Your tropical plant that looks like a regal shield is so pretty! 😊
Thank you so much!
Glad you are feeling better!!! Your plants are amazing!! The Ghost plant Wow!!
Thank you so much!!
Carment, that euphorbia milk tree has been on my wishlist for a very long time. I found the green variegated version at walmart for $5, but she is very small....very small (4/5 inches tall). I still love her, but that white ghost is the real g.o.a.t. I love your plants
Thanks so much Yvette! I got mine online a few years ago, but I believe they're starting to show up in big box stores now.
Thank you for sharing beautiful and amazing plants lovely collection beautiful
Thanks for visiting!
This is Patrick from Janesville Wisconsin. I got my WiFi back. I love your new video. I have a lot of catching up to do. Have a great day.
Welcome back! So good to see you here!
I actually have a sansevieria cylintrica, starfish and samurai, not to mention, moonshine, Lauren, Laurentii. Love them all
You have a Yucatán Princess Alocasia because I have one too- they are beautiful!!!
Those plants are doing great.
Hi Carmen I’m so happy to see you again, I haven’t see your videos since you moved to Florida, but today I found you . I’m from Tucson and always watched your videos , now I become your subscriber. I’m glad your doing great and your plants too!!! 🙏🤗💚🌺
I'm so glad you found me again! Welcome and I hope you enjoy the videos.
This aloe is so beautiful! I have to find this kind for my collection aswell 😍 I also know few people who water their plants with fishtank water, and plants love it. I wish I'd knew that trick when I had my fishtank 😄
Yes, I use to do that when my daughter would change out the water. I would use it to water my plants. It's full of fish poop and nutrients!
Hello Carmen from Puerto Rico!!! Nice plants!! Get better soon!! 🙋🏼♀️🌿🪴💚🌱
Thank you, I will.
Wisdom teeth are the worst! I'm glad you're feeling better. The differences between zone 9b in Arizona and 9b in Florida are mind-blowing. Nothing on my patio is happy right now other than the baby adenium that has doubled in size since June. The happy plants have been hiding inside in the ac with me under grow lights. 😂😂
I hate that I waited until I was 58 to deal with them! LOL!
You're right 9b is definitely different here. The Arizona heat just burns everything. I remember having to protect even my cactus from getting burned.
@carmenwhitehead I had my wisdom teeth removed at 17, and I'm glad they were taken out. They were causing a lot of pain. I didn't even bother trying to grow in my apartment backyard this year. The complex thought that solid iron fencing and river rock were a good idea. It's an oven back there and kills every plant. Thankfully, I have a front patio. I'm looking forward to November when the tomato plant that I've kept alive will actually be able to produce tomatoes for me. I'm glad I decided to try growing dwarf tomatoes inside under my grow lights. I've had a steady supply of fresh cherry tomatoes for a year.
Yes, always sanseveria! Beautiful succulents! I'm afraid to chop mine, but guess I will give it a try. The chipmunks dig up my succulents if I put them outside☹️
Succulents are so hardy, they will grow if you cut them.
Hi Carmen I love all your July favorites I not sure which one I love the most. I never leave a comment but I do look at your videos. I decided to tell you what I do as far as watering my plants and I do see a difference but I use water from my refrigerator it seems to help over the plane, tap water.
That's good to use filtered water. I use to have a britta filter on my kitchen faucet. I'm not able to attach one here.
Hi Carmen, I recently got a pitcher plant and now find myself also collecting rain water. Thanks for the tip about the water conditioner. How timely!
You are so welcome!
You can also use distilled water, mine are thriving🤗💚🌱
I just got my 2nd yucatan princess alocasia! The big nice ones like the one you found has never come to town! Mine has 2 leaves and is bigger than my first starter....but ordered one right away when the 1st ine died! Yours is a beauty! So happy for you!
I'm so glad I now know it's ID. What a beauty it is and seems like a good grower.
Hi Carmen! I think that alocasia may be a plumbea rubric. I have a small one, but it has the same shape leaves, red stem, and black under tones on the green. I love all your July plants! 😊🪴
someone said it was an Alocasia Yucatan Princess. I looked it up and it looks just like it.
Thank you! 🪴
Carmen I am fascinating with your coffee subscription and I had no idea you are a fellow countrywoman ❤. The plants look amazing. I wish I was as good at growing cacti and succulents because I love them but I kill them all.
Si Chica! I was born in Guantanamo! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hi Carmen, nice to see a new video. It is so interesting to see how the euphorbia and sansevieria change with sunlight. Oh do pls give us an update on the water conditioner.
I certainly will keep you updated. Thanks for stopping by.
Great video Carmen.
I would love to have a partridge breast aloe. I can't find a decent sized one. Enjoyed the video.
I really can't remember where I got mine. But I do think it was a big box store.
Snzke plants and all your plants are looking good. Your moonshine snake plant is beautiful. I have one. The growth on mine is not as good as you have gotten. Have a blessed day Carmen.
I think the sun exposure has really helped it get those light shade leaves.
Carmen you hv beautiful plants. I particolarly loved the lactea white ghost. I hv a small one n I love it. Love yr videos
Thanks so much 😊
enjoyed the video, your plants look so beautiful. you do such a great job with them. i am getting better with mine. but, they look nothing like yours. lol be safe.
I haven't always been so lucky with them. I have my fair share of plants that didn't make it. You learn with each one. Keep going.
Carmen! Your white ghost is so beautiful! I just have one piece that is doing ok but not much growth! I dream to have a nice big one some day! Love it so much! I believe I have that aloe and I wrote a name tag for it as the name you stated! I will tske a closervlook online to make sure! Loved this vjdeo so juch! ♡tina
Mine was small for the first couple of years and then one day it just started taking off and in the last year it's really grown a lot. Light seems to be the key I think.
How fun that your mom loves plants too!! Does she have a collection like you?!
It's getting bigger since I left her many of my plants. It's so funny when we face-time, we show each other our plants all the time! LOL!
@@carmenwhitehead thats so fun. My oldest daughter loves plants too we always talking about them sending each other shorts and clippings. It adds to the friendship between us for sure. I tried to make my mom planty lady given her plants for years she just not into them like that.
@@carmenwhitehead itd be a cute video idea to show us some shots of her collection like some her favorites she adopted from you or longest owned plant or something. My grandma had a Christmas cactus from her mom so beautiful i love hearing about stuff like that
Hi Carmen, I’m glad you are feeling better after your dental procedure, that’s never fun. Great plant choices for the month of July, especially the dragon bones euphorbia, I love mine and she’s a fast grower in the summer. Rain water is key, and when you live in Florida, you’re good in that department 😂. We are having a mild drought here in the Long Island area, so hopefully this week we’ll get some. I’m subscribed to Sheffield plants too, he’s so funny and informative at the same time. I’m glad that you found the water additive, I would see how it turns out, he swears by it. Have a great Sunday 🫶
I'll keep you updated on the plants and how they do with the conditioner. One thing I didn't talk about was my using the Plant Juice fertilizer. I haven't used it with the conditioner. I've only been using it with the rain water.
🤔I wonder if it makes a difference. Maybe experiment like Sheffield plant’s does, one with and one without the conditioner. Did you see recently he watered a plant using milk😳🥹
@@elizabethgreco-nieves Yes! I don't think I'll be doing that.
😂😂
Thanks carmen nice succulents especially the aloevpartridge breast I love that plant but it don't live me whenever I get one it dies😢
Try watering it less, letting it go completely dry before watering. and pot in terra cotta. Good luck!
😊🌱💚.
Where’d ya go? I miss your videos.
