That's why i view SF III as the last series that truly captured the "street" part of the franchise. The stages, the ambience, and the music too. While SF III was the start where we get some godly celestial characters that we probably wouldn't meet on the streets (like Gill, Urien, Necro, Twelve), but the other cast and atmosphere of the overall III series still has the street aspect intact.
