From watching dozens of other E.Ryu vs Akuma vids, E Ryu's always has the priority regardless of when it was started. And that likewise Shin Akuma's has priority over E.Ryu's regardless of who started it first.

The Shun Goku Satsu is a pain in the butt to get right the first time but once you practice, it's easy! Plus, that double ko with Ryu and Akuma was Awesome!
