People have no respect or awareness of others around them. I lived in the basement apartment below a few college students and they would have parties from bar close (2am) to sunrise (around 5-6am). Like that? Some of us have jobs and things to do during the day. Their music and shouting was infuriating. I did call the cops on them, but only after I asked them to keep it down multiple times and reminded them of our building’s quiet hours. Unfortunately the landlord didn’t live on property so he couldn’t do anything to stop them.
