Pattaya Thailand Condo Rent @ 8 Condo Complexes - Wong Amat Beach

Wong Amat Beach condo rent and expenses for 12 units at 8 different condominium complexes located just north of Pattaya Beach. Wongamat Beach has the only condos in Pattaya with immediate beachfront access. You must cross a road to access the beach when living at Jomtien Beach and Pattaya Beachfront condos. Wongamat is also much quieter and less busy than Pattaya Beach. The video includes rent prices, utilities, and other helpful information. I also included a few condo sale prices with HOA/maintenance fees.
I looked at many condos, but only the ones I would live in and recommend to friends and family were included in the video.

They’re all pet friendly if you take your pet out of the apartment and hide all their stuff before the landlord comes over haha

I'm sure you can easily find a condo close to each location. The train station area on the east side will be less expensive, and it will be easier to negotiate the price and terms.

The beachfront units seemed reasonable, given their location and demand. The Wong Amat Beachfront condos are the only condo complexes I've encountered in Pattaya with few or no vacancies. When asked, I was told that the units on the beachside go quickly if and when they become available.
The Riviera and other condo complexes across the street had plenty of available units, and I felt there could be some negotiating.

Seems like Pattaya is more expensive than phuket, 17k is too much, I live in an average condo a one year contract in the center of the island for 7800 k

Don’t rent condos near or overlooking the beach, even better choose one without a pool because I would say - less chance of having to live amongst Russians 😕
